  1. Depends on what you plan on doing if the turbo is efficient enough for what you want the car to do and how much boost you want to run and how much power you plan on getting. Personally I feel spending a little extra on a new turbo and doing research on the turbo is worth it.
  2. WOW just a small update. Problems nearly over corner cutting problem was none other then a tricky fuel pump relay replaced it and it's pearling. Now I just need to sort out a small over boosting issue. Apart from that my car is a little weapon now. Am very happy
  3. WELCOME. Hey it might be NA. But she's still a skyline. We are all driving a piece of history. If interested there is a short documentary YouTube about generations of GTR's and it's origins in Japan I personally loved it.

  5. Hahaha definitely metal head. Not heaps of old stuff but can't ever go wrong with Metallica, slayer, megadeath. best part about metal is it's real music not audio tune vocals or anything. Love new metal above all, parkway drive, the amity affliction, Thy Art Is Murder, The ghost inside. My list is endless.
  6. thats an amazing machine my friend should be very proud of how well you have kept it. 33 S2 pride
  7. ok so I'm having the same problem however I have walbro 341 pump it is getting pretty old was in the car before I bought it, brand new Link ECU and boost controller. and other mods. not sure if how much psi I am running is relevant but gate pressure is about 13-14psi. stage one is 17 stage two is 19.5. under load when cornering fuel cut occurs. happens up some steep hills if I put my foot down to much. does not happen under braking. along a straight roads at slow speeds sharp left to right it also cuts out..?? any ideas?? my thoughts were possibly a sensors is not happy there for telling the ECU to cut fuel?? or typical pump mounting or pump is on its way out..
  8. oh yea and did I mention that it broke down literally 15 minutes after picking it up was stuck on centre lane at traffic lights for about 10 minutes and car wouldn't start hahahah talk about buying a Lemmon I hit the jackpot :D. yea I'm putting it back in on Monday.. annoying thing is it wasn't doing any of this when they test drove it, all of a sudden the owner gets the car back and bamb more problems more money. I am thinking its time for surge tank also.

  10. got my car back today.... turns out that problem was o2 sensor and what long story short it fried the o2 circuit in my ECU!! of all things. so now thats all fixed. my car is surging on fuel and I can't turn a corner any faster than 20KM/H without the car cutting out then as soon as I get back into a straight line give it 2 seconds BAMB car turns into a skyline again?? any thoughts?
  11. Yea man it is definitely worth it, would love to see some more skyrice there too many commies hahaha nah jokes aside there is some really nice cars and great bunch of people. It's not everyone's thing but I feel if you love cars come along at least once and make up your own mind about it.
  12. Yea that's all very good points I'll give him a ring and put in some pointers without sounding rude and as if I'm telling him to do his job haha. Appreciate your input mate I'll post up on here again when I find out what the problem was and if what you said helped point it out.
  13. I've been to the past 2 cruises was unable to make the most recent one due to car being off the road. But me personally I love it. No burnouts no wankers simply people who love their cars and never judge based on what you have. Always amazing machines there and usually a good amount of people on the cruises. Definitely worth going to them. Car dependent I will be at every cruise from now on.
  14. Yea it drives better then standard at low rpm smooth and sounds amazing, just recently had my rear housing replaced as I found out my wastegate was faulty it was leaking and getting stuck open . Haha yea.. anyone have a 3" 100 cell race cat they want to sell me would be awesome. Or if you know anywhere online to get a good one. Not to long till my new Dyno results will be posted up anticipation is driving me crazy. 3 weeks without my baby.
  15. I spoke to him yesterday and to the best of my knowledge he has tested literally everything he could think of from major components to something as little as the wiring in my aftermarket head deck, Including all work he has carried out. However he did not tell me which fuse had blown.. car still won't start which is why they are so baffled at what's going wrong. That's why my guess was an exposed wire of some sort within the dash cluster. But apart from that they don't really have much else to go off. He told me that he has never come across this kind of thing before with such simple upgrades.
