  1. It wasn't that easy. I was in the far right lane, in heavy traffic, and I spotted him pulling into the hard shoulder on the far left just as I was driving past. Not the easiest thing to get over three lanes into the shoulder and pull up during in peak hour.
  2. Michael, photos look great. Thanks. Those chrome wheels on the Ford ute were some of the ugliest things I've ever seen. Pity I missed out on seeing this other black 32. I got home at midday, so it obviously turned up after I left. Would love to see a picture if anyone has one.
  3. Ah, great. There's a few ways to do it. You can do it through SAU if you like. There is an attachments bit underneath the box you type in if you click on 'Add Reply' instead of 'Fast Reply'. Otherwise, ImageShack is probably the easiest. http://www.imageshack.us
  4. I'll grab the pod filter and the adapter to fit it to my RB20 air flow meter if it's in decent nick and you're local. Please PM me your location and number. Cheers.
  5. How are the bushes on the Cusco castor rods? I'm interested.
  6. Spotted a 33 pulling over on the side of the M2 westbound, just before 6pm on my way home. Plates were BLA-33K, I think? Hope everything was alright!
  7. Ah there's my car. Thanks for the pic. My black R32 was the only one that I saw there on Saturday - but my wheels are 7 spoke, not dished and they're bronze not polished. So I don't think it was me! What time was it though, because I really didn't see another black 32?
  8. What size is the piping? 3"? It looks like the one I have on my car, but I don't know if it's the same.
  9. Devastating. I get around a few forums so I'll keep my eyes peeled just in case. Still, with a pro job like this you're going to want some good insurance to rely on. All the best guys, I hope you get the best result out of this.
  10. Yes, please. Would be great to see them. The blue R34 GTR did 374kW! A personal best, apparently. We missed seeing it in action but Anna filled us in earlier in this thread.
  11. No, no. That's not me. My car is the one in my avatar with the Z-7 wheels. Michael (GimpyDammit) went on this cruise in his 32 with 34 GTR wheels? But he's definitely not the only 32 owner with 34 wheels, as I'm sure you know.
  12. I don't think so? Maybe? Sorry.. Not ringing any bells, but maybe refresh my memory?
  13. Photos of every car on the dyno, except for mine! Ripped off. Michael, where are your pics?
  14. Spotted these two at Hornsby Westfield on Friday night about 8pm.
  15. Yeah I'll say. Can't remember what they weigh standard but that one would be around the 1000kg mark or less with everything stripped out like it is. They run in it FWD only as well, even though the TX3s are 4WD standard. From memory the guy said it runs 11s on street tyres, but they're heading back to the strip with slicks on it for another go. It's a straight up drag car apparently. It lives there at TM Auto.
  16. Wow! Sounds like we missed out on a lot! I'm confused though - how did Anna swindle the trophies if the R34 GTR and Adam's 33 both ran? You got those TM guys on the payroll, Anna? I'm shocked by the 270kW from the KF TX3. That's massive for a 1800cc 4 cylinder. EDIT: Photos please!
  17. 1992 R32 GTS-t Standard everything except for a K&N panel filter and a 3" exhaust from the turbo back. Now to add the R34 GT-T turbo and intercooler, EBC, fuel pump, NisTune, etc. Hoping for 200kW.
  18. Was good fun up there this morning. Big turnout - they're probably still going! My stocker made 135kW and my mate's R34 GT-T stocker made 175kW. Not too bad. Anna was having some settings issues with her EBC, so 'only' made 318kW. Yeah - only. Mitch's GTR also had some issues I think? What was the story there, mate? I didn't chat to you about it but highest I saw it make was just under 180kW? Brian's R33 with hi-flowed turbo made 194kW, which was a little confusing after it made 218kW last dyno run it did. But on a positive note, Michael's R32 GTR ran 240kW at the wheels with his Trust turbos. Great result for him. Plenty more in it with some new coilpacks and some better engine management. Really like the car mate. Nice to meet you, too.
  19. This is great. One dyno day on today up at Tuggerah to get an initial figure, then I can put the new turbo, boost controller, intercooler and fuel pump in, and get another go just 4 weeks later! Provided my plans fall into place - I'm there too.
  20. Bah. Why buy a Ferrari unless you're going to do what it was built to be able to do. Silly.
  21. Hah. Alright, no problem. I've been meaning to do it on mine but I'll do it at the same time as the turbo upgrade, seeing as I have to take it all out to do it anyway. Anyone one else care to weigh in on the matter?
  22. Yeah very similar but not the same. That's the N1 style lip that is just a vertical little strip. The one in the first post is slightly larger and angles out towards the rear of the car. I like this look better when it's on there by itself.
  23. How about old mate and his Ferrari? Any luck?
  24. I do have a couple of broken studs on the exhaust manifold. So it's air escaping through there making the sound? How does the affect performance?
  25. I'm considering a change of spoiler, and I quite like the little duck tail style wings. This one is different to the N1 GTR spoiler, as it angles out instead of just being a vertical lip. Anyone know who makes it? And where it's available from?
