yep, i did - once its got a brass button clutch in it. In 5 minutes round the block she managed to stall it twice, jump a gutter, almost rip my kit off and almost cleaned up a parked SAAB. All this under 4000rpm. thats the first and last time she's driving it. Oh yeah, she had an accident in her brand new Echo 6 days after she got it.

got pics of it? i haven't heard of a factory turbo timer being issued with the 32t's, but of course, i could be wrong. Supply a pic, it will prob be more helpful

i saw this champ at Westfield shoppo in donny not long ago get into his 32-t and zoom off. I was sitting there havin a ciggie and admiring this 32 cos i just got my own. I see this old man walk out of the shopping centre and start walking towards its - walking frame and all, at about .5km an hour. I'm thinkin, hell no......about 10 minutes and 10 metres later, *nich-nich* the 32 alram flashes, he gets in and barp barp.....gone. Sat there like i stunned mullet.

i used to use motul, but i've since changed to Castrol-R - 10-60. its fully synthetic and is designed for hard revving high performance engines. Works fine. Bout 4.5 litres should do it.

Why not give the boys at chasers a call>? They just moved shop to near footscray (end of dynon road next to toyota dealership) so its probably a bit out of the way, but they do good work and its all guaranteed. Call Benny - 0433 184 724. He's a bit of a smart arse but he does good work.

i personally would go for the s15 - they are hella sexy and handle quite well. Also, like higlighted above, they respond much better to mods s15 drifts better too! Definitely an upgrade

how does the pivot raisin gadget work and what sort of improvements did u find on your own car? wats required for installation? cheers

my missus is cool with me and my car. She doesn't really like it when i spend time on the car when she's around, but apart from that she says nothing. She knows that its my baby. modr33s2 - thanks for the reply. the turbo is quite tired so it could be very possible that that has happened - however i'm not going to find out until i take the head apart eh? Damn....more work.... Waz - i replaced the fuel pump to a warlboro item and it seems to not be that. WHen i opened the fuel tank, i found my fuel baffle floating around -wtf? the person i bought the car off is one dodgy muta f*cka. some ppl here know who he is, but i don't wanna name names. thanks for your help guys.. I'm considering doing the rb25 conversion (new engine, no hassles) - anyone know where i can get a good reliable half cut? I've checked upimports and just jap, could any of you guys point me to a few other places? thanks again
