  1. Hey guys, I just thought I'd show you my new wheels - I picked it up a fortnight ago but due to a massively slipping clutch I havn't really been able to drive it. As you can see by the first pic, she was a bit of a roughie but I've cleaned it up, and its in getting a new clutch. However, there are a few bits I thought I'd ask you guys for - given its way easier for me to pickup in the ACT than anywhere else. Does anyone have: Stocker Side skirts (in black would be tops!) Stocker rear bar Stocker front bar / something thats still in one piece.. Climate control unit... Happy to come pick up with cash / beers or a combination of both.
  2. Kinda looks like a replica Nismo front bar, with some extra foglights.
  3. DAMN - I missed it I've not seen any of you guys in ages, and I've just bought a new skyline so I'll have to get back into it. Is your car running again Sin?
  4. Ahh Sin, its been a bad weekend..... and its not going to get any better. Its not like a Skyline is going to be allowed to win Bathurst is it???
  5. The RTA website is as clear as mud.
  6. Hey guys, I'm thinking about buying a car from the ACT that's had an engine change. The car is rego'ed and engineered in the ACT, however I'll obviously need to transfer it over to NSW.. How hard is this going to be? I'm obviously up for a Blue slip but will NSW recognise the certificate?
  7. Nice work man - I saw that and would love to do the rally one year. I should have kept my 31 - it only had 400 000? on it.
  8. The car is in Wagga Wagga, NSW - about 4.5 hours from Sydney. Don't let the distance scare you city boys though - I'll happly drive it over for a serious, cash ready buyer. Its a good honest car and I have no doubt it will sell. I'll get some more pics of it tomorrow for you guys.
  9. Thanks mate - it had a weldy in it for a while and slide awesome then. Now not AS awesome. But an easy fix. Make some offers if you are in the Market for a R31
  10. Stupid computer double posting.
  11. Actually gents, The R32 came out stockers with the RB25DE. The GTS type X, S and something else. Maybe look it up before shooting off your mouths, especally if you don't know your skylines well Good luck with your sale Adam.
  12. Hey everyone, I'm selling my drift car - its just not getting enough use... I bought it off Fatz who also helped me set it up. Its a 1987 r31 Skyline sedan (Aussie delivered) Manual - not crunchy or anything - shifts fine Red S13 Silvia front brakes Coilovers (They are HD system mid range ones, can't remember the name) Adjustable steering arms Sparco wheels - red and grey Recaro seats (ok, they are fakes but bolted onto the stocker rails) Autotechnica Steering wheel (although I'd like to keep it, bring your own wheel and save a little money) The chrome is painted black - awesome. S3 round tail lights and all the rear stuff to match (looks WAY better) Most of the gauges work, but the odometer and trip meter don't. I'm not 100% sure of the kays - but it currently says 268,814. 2 1/2 inch exhust and hi flow cat, with 3/2/1 extrators. 11 months NSW rego. A/C works but not well - with a re-gas it will work well To drift properly you'd need to weld / LSD / locker the diff and give it a touch more power (maybe a nos shot ) Even as it is, it slides like a champ, really well balanced and easy to control. I love this car but I am upgrading, and just don't have the room or I would keep it. Its got a few minor dents and scuffs and could use a good cut polish again - It'd come up like in the photos. If you pay me I'll even do it for you It has been my daily for over 2 years and hasn't let me down. The engine seems nice and strong strong. Would consiber swaps to equal cash value or maybe a grand on top, it'd have to be manual and rear wheel drive though - and able to tow my new 69 Capri! There are also some spares and stuff for it - including 2 pairs of 15 inch mags (2 with passable tyres on them) So, make me an offer if you are keen. Just PM me or give me a call. 0418 666 332. Cheers!!!
  13. You kinda need brakes, they really help with the stopping thing.... What happend? I remember your car, it was smick as.
  14. Hey guys - been a while I'd suggest either of those two options. My R32 displayed a similar cut out and it was a faulty alarm
  15. If you can handle my poor old cop turning up I'll come say hi - its been years since I've seen any of you guys LOL - that was supposed to say P.I.G. not cop - funny auto edit.
  16. Still up for grabs, fully regoed and new distributor (it had a sized bearing, so I had the whole thing replaced). I've even serviced it for you (timing advanced, new filters / oil / tappet gasket)... Its in reasonably good nick, and its a big laugh. If I didn't have to do so much long distance work, I'd keep it!
  17. Ummm... I'll pass on 2k. Still for sale
  18. Bumpage. I'm even prepered to assist with transport to Sydney.
  19. Thanks for the interest mate - however at this stage I'm only interested in a sale or straight swap When you've sold the beast let me know
  20. Stupid freaking timewasters. I had two buyers - knocked one back to sell to the other, then got jerked around. Anyhow, still for sale. I think $3500ish is fair - its a pretty good car and slides well. Come on, you know you want it
  21. That really sucks mate - I was sorry to hear you'd lost it, and even more sorry now that its come back like this. Wanna buy my R31? No one is going to steal that
  22. Hey guys - still for sale - had a seller fall through (I hate time wasters - especally when I knocked another buyer back - grrrrrrrrr) I'd be happy to swap - but it has to be another manual RWD of some sort. ***I should also mention its got 10 months rego, tyres are good - its all ready to go driving - gearbox is smooth and doesn't crunch at all - diff is reasonably quiet.
