With the stop start traffic in Melbourne...I now only get just over 200kms per tank Lucky I don't have to drive it every day
  2. Hey Kris, Buy mine so I can get an R
  3. The PDX digital amps are awesome...very compact and pump out some very good power and can be stacked to reduce space used (depending on your install). Had it shown at the F1 and cranked it a bit too much...blew the fuse, so now have no power to the cap and amps gonna replace the fuse over the weekend.
  4. You and me both Berin When I saw Ant's car on a WA cruise I made up my mind not to spend any more on mine, and look into a GTR. Now I have started working again I might finally be able to start looking Anyone want to buy mine? haha
  5. haha Berin...where I have I seen those rims before? Bronze will look great...how about when you get them we do a swap and you can have my Carlsson RS 18's The bronze will go great with my wine red paint excellent rim choice...I might have to get them too when I get the GTR
  6. damn...thought that might have been harder than that
  7. I put my faith in Ken and Hyperdrives workmanship while I was still in London. I can still say that I was very happy with the results, and the car hasn't missed a beat (including over 400kms of great ocean road cruise ringing its neck). Thanks Ken P.S. I want more power now
  8. haha Keetsie...I have thought about that and selling the 25 off and building up the 26. Then swap the 26 into a GTR whenever I find the right one Now I think I will just get the GTR and work on that
  9. Totally agree...it is your own risk and responsibility if a motor pops trying to run that sort of power. I dont think any workshop will fix for free a popped motor down the line. I know if mine popped I wouldn't expect Ken to rebuild it. I wanted to run this power, I was warned about the potential of popping it, but with a good tune you can minimize the risk IF the motor is in good condition to start with. Here is a list of my mods from the turbo upgrade thresd (5th post from the bottom of the page) dont forget...if it is a totally stock car, you will need to upgrade the clutch and suspension...and get wider rubber to make use of any of the extra power. You should also look as potential brake upgrade too... ...and advanced driver training in the car once the upgrades are done to know how to handle it for when all hell breaks loose!!!
  10. I can stand by Ken and the guys too. Your list is very similar to mine (minus the plenum and power fc instead of autronic). 410.7rwhp on 15psi with Glen doing a fantastic tune keeping timing on a conservative level, and a rich mix to keep it running cool. Knock rarely into double figures!!
  11. think I need a replacement...sometimes my clutch hooks up really suddenly, and other times it seems to slip on take off, and thats just a 2k rpm take off might get that hks twin plate or maybe look at the os giken like Phil said
  12. haha sorry Sammie... Japanese Motorsport - www.japanesemotorsport.com.au haha nah not just yet Gonna get it tuned on 18psi I think...see if I can crack 450rwhp
  13. Hey Sammie, JMS have got a HKS twin plate for $695 thinking about it myself to handle some more power when I wind the boost up a bit...so you better hurry
  14. if the z-tune is sold, you could always settle for the Nismo R1 thats for sale in Japan for a cool 12,000,000 yen 1 of only 197 Nismo R1
  15. haha yeah...just about need earplugs I had a bit of a boost problem and didn't even realise until the last stretch. It wasn't even giving me 1bar. Had a max of .98 even when we were running together flat to the floor in 4th running a bit lower than it should be. Might be time to book it in for a retune.
  16. Here are the car photos...not too many
  17. Hey Patrick, Yeah I gave the pamphlet to Paul
  18. I Was infront of Shane on that corner...Heard it first and then looked in the mirror to see what wasw happening. Very impressive
  19. That was a great 2 days We had a great time...it was really good meeting everyone that attended. There were some some very nice cars there. Seeing Shane's vspec makes me want one Once photos are off the camera I will post them up
