Just curious - Do people actually buy plates for that much? I have seen them advertised for like $40,000 and wonder if ppl actually buy them?

by pits, u mean CAMS scruteneer? ...if so, finding something pathetic is NOT their job. They are also motor enthusiests, doing those days voluntry for YOU so YOU can drive while they have to watch. Sorry if u r refering to someone else But I don't think u's should bag the CAMS guys, there aren't enuff of them around, especially for drift, bagging them won't help. Either way, it seems wierd they would pull those issues on ya's if it was CAMS.

*more newcastle area* MIC33R - I live in raymond terrace. I wouldnt park on the streets anywhere....especially down near dominos, or the south side of the golf course My mate's EvoS (yeah ricer, but still) was sratched bigtime at windale by 8 yo's (caught on video) scrathed profanities in the car doors.... Certain Parts of Metford would be another place i wouldnt park. Singleton is pretty bad. I got my car keyed there during the day on a few occasions

Hey Guys, I am sure this has been around before, but I gave up searching for it after 30 mins. Can someone please tell me the difference between the standard and type M on the R32. My understanding from maggala is; - 4 piston brakes. - bigger turbo (what is the turbo?) - Stronger LSD (what is the LSD? Is it a 2 2way or anything like that?) Does HICAS come on all 32's? Only Type M's? Or was it an option on any of them? Thanks Chris

That sux about the car being stolen like that. I have always taken the test driver's (well..rider actually) license off them, and hold onto it until they come back. That way they won't be as tempted to be a tool, cause if a cop pulls em over they have no license. Obviously that wouldnt have helped your mate in that case. And u can get fake licenses...but still...just an idea for u guys.

*vomit* IMO. The 180's don't look as bad with it, cause they have black trim running up the to the roof, so it blends better. I am sure the above could look ok if you found a way to blend it....but i cant see that happening on black/silver

FYIW, Synergy 8000 is the best fuel IMO. I dont have a 'line yet, but mates with 180s will ping on anything other than synergy 8000...actually they havnt tried BP ultimate yet...but the old BP stuff was crap, optimax is crap, vortex is crap... I ride motorbikes, and the same goes with them, BP ultimate and Synergy 8000 are the ONLY choice for dirt bikes. Optimax runs absolute crap in everything I have known, except one mate with an XR6 turbo swears by it (he's the only one i know) Optimax screws up dirt bikes sumpin chronic - sumpin to do with carbi instead of injection.

I will try the car yards, but in the Newcastle area they are total tossers, u almost have to flash the cash before they let u even open the bonnet. I know a few ppl that wont buy from them for that reason. Idiots. Looks like one of the guys that I was gonna go thru to import has one I can drive. So looks like it might be all good

Hey guys, I know this is a long shot, but I'll never know if I don't ask. I am most likley going to import a R32 GTST. The problem is I have never driven one. I am trying to decide between an R32 and a CA18 180 (15 year rule) I know I really like the 180, but my mates have them already, and I always wanted an R32. What is the best way I can get a drive in a R32? I was trying to avoid rocking up at a private sale and pretending to be interested. It's pretty slack IMO. I don't care if it's only a GTS. I just want to make sure I like the way they drive, I am not gonna 'give it some' in the least, I'll do that when I get mine. Is anyone in the Newcastle-sydney area willing to let me have a drive of theirs? Failing that, on saturday I am gonna hit sydney and try to get a drive at a car dealer. But if they are like the ones up here, they prolly won't let me. I have not totally ruled out buying local, but I need to keep it under $10,000, so importing seems to be the way to go. If you have a R32 for sale for under or around $10k, and in NSW, then let me know and I might buy it... Cheers Chris

I got my passion from bathurst also. I am almost ready to buy a R32 now...took me long enough! The closest I came to was my R/C I raced back when I was 10, Dad and I painted it up to look like the 'Nissan GTR Super caaaaaar' as the commentators called it. haha All I knew back then was it was red, fast, and wasn't a shitty holden or ford!(much the same as what I know now)

I just bought a PS2, the main reason being for san andreas and GT3. WTF is up with the crappy HUD map ? U can't make out the 'bleeps' properly - Is that just cause i am too used to PC where everything is clear? But i have found i have to sit no more than 2m away from the TV or i cant make out bleeps - it's just crap...fuzzy...or sumpn (no it isnt my eyes) Anyone know if running the componant cable would help? Every other game is fine, I have never played a GTA game on PS2 before..maybe they are just crap in terms of the HUD - everything else is great

Sorry guys, I didn't get the answer i was after... I know there are 4 door R32's....what i wanna know is there GTST 4 doors...or only non turbo's and GTS4's ? I wanted to get a R32 GTST 4 door...but according to that site they dont exist (i dont want the 4 wheel drive) Cheers

Gday Guys Bit of noob question, but I was under the impression that you can get a R32 GTS-T 4 Door? The following site says the 4 door only comes in GTS4 http://www.meggala.com/r32infopage.html Can someone shed some light onto this for me? Also, would anyone be able to tell me, or have a link showing the differences between the 2? Is it just the fact that it has the extra doors, or does it have a different wheelbase etc? Cheers Chris

I'm also chasing a R32 GTS-T manual if anyone has it and is able to host it, I would be able to download it within a day (would only take me 30 mins once I started) FTP or HTTP prefered. Otherwise I'd have to use dialup (Can't use torrents at work) Cheers Chris
