    What are people quoting to repair these boxes? i know parts aren't cheap as i am going to be putting a overhaul/synchro kit through mine.

    Never been to hyperdrive, but can't praise Mick at Ovaboost enough for his help and how willing he was to stay back til midnight to tune my mates ceffy and my 32

    Did you change the throw out bearing or clutch assembly when the box was out, also if you paid for a recon take to the place that built it to check out the noise

    3 month wait from japan as they have to get remanufactured. Contact Von Bibra Nissan in QLD they helped source mine

    There should be 2 small metal brackets with 2x 10mm headed bolts holdings the pipes in places, take those bolts out it will allow the pipes to move a tiny bit. Then its just a matter of pulling the 4x pan bolts out, is easier to do if you use a 3/8 socket or even 1/4inch set.

    OS Giken make a billet separator plate for these boxes now i believe. Possibly check out greenline, i remember seeing them on there

    jdm is a perfect brand. Half of the cars out of japan carry the jdm brand. But that number i'm sure its branded nissan

    You have an internal problem by the sounds of it, on KEAS's website they list Craigs Automatics in sydney http://www.keas.com.au/ i've never dealt with them but my old workshop SWAT does work for KEAS so they (craigs) must be ok

    Yeah i keep an eye on that build, mine is in pretty good condition which i'm kinda lucky about and since i've had it, it's always been garaged.
