All those bleeding hearts that say the road toll can be reduced are fools in my opinion. Ppl die on the roads, it happens, get over it. Ppl die of heart disease but they still sell smokes. If u get busted doing 160 in an 80 u deserve to lose ure license and thats the game that im sure we have all played at one time or another. u cant be busted if your not doing anything wrong, if u give teh cop a bit of lip sure he can yellow u but he cant take ure license. Too true Devil but u have to consider others too. 50km/hr and my old skyline (1980 c210) feel like 120km/hr in my old supra and in a semi modded r33 u can up that by 50 more ks. So basically ure playing in a higher bracket the better car u get. If you hit someone doing 50 its alot different from 150. Sure better brakes etc etc but accidents happen and ive been in ghost car incident before. God has a cloaking device and hes not afraid to use it.

I know when i was on my Ps i used to have my idiot drunken mates hanging out the window and hollering while the only thing that stopped me from doing the same thing was that the law said i couldnt. Sure maybe i was a moron but the law does change people opinion not the other way round. Oooh sounds good there Cam, im with ya for sure. Dont know what it is but i pretty much agree with their plan completely. As far as i know the difference between a fine and a dangerous driving charge is pretty big. Sure uve got the whole 'discretion' issue but i cant see that many cops being the ultimate pig from hell, ive never met one. Plus getting done for dangerous drving 3 TIMES!!! u gotta be pretty darn stupid or insanely unlucky. Another option is for your car to be auctioned off for you and fees and what not to be taken out and they give u the change. Not that this would be a good thing cause anyone who enjoys their car, as im sure most of us do, knows they will never get what the car is worth to them at an auction. As for driver education, i think we pay enough taxes already, dont you. Its alot harder to get your license now then when i got mine and that was not all that long ago. None the less i do agree with power ratings on cars. For example (i know im gonna get shot down for this) No person in their first year of driving should have a car with over 80kw/1000kg or there abouts. Sounds a bit excessive but ure license is a privledge after all and not a right.

Dont forget that going through a thread and deleting every comment that was against policy can be a downright pain in the ass. Seeing as usually by the time uve finished its just starts up along the same lines. Locking a thread usually has a reason but if people start breaking the rules the thread must be removed from the public eye asap. Hey i know i lock or delete a thread once in a blue moon but when i do im usually asked via pm or have a good reason. I dont think ive seen any mods go mad with power yet, they seem to be doing the right thing by both the users and the owners. Good idea with this thread though good to get these concerns out in the open.

When i used to beat the hell out of the Supra i had Ultimates on and i found they did fade on occasion (usually around 3am) i upgraded to the Green stuff and never had a problem again. The fluid was DOT 4 and had been changed very recently so it wasnt that. In my opinion nothing is as important as brakes on the car, this may have something to do with my master cylinder blowing last week when i was on a 3am tourist drive through kings park Neil @ perth brakes is the guy we usually do a bit of a group buy with as he's my cousin and generally helps us out if we get a big enuff order together. The ferrodos are good i hear but a bit on the expensive side, the rb74s seem to get a good reveiw from everyone so thats what id go with if i were u. Thought about a rotor upgrade? Skyzerr and Gradenko did that a while back and they are pretty good for the price around $500 i think from my shot memory but dont quote me.
