What you are thinking of is IPRA (improved production) turbo cars need to run inlet air restrictors, there are minimum weights for different cars etc. The only real bullets in a straight line are the 6L V8 Commodores, but then they are massivly under tyred so are slow through the corners and have to get on the brakes earlier etc

Power to weight has very little to do with circuit work. Think Bathurst. 2 Cars both have the same power to weight, 1 has 200hp 1 has 600hp, which do you think will get around to mountain faster? Curious...what race class has limits on where in the RPM range you can make power? (power band)

Facoty front seats weigh a tonne, spare wheel well weighs a ton, so if you are serious cut it out ands weld a flat plate in. Replace steel bonnet with Alloy GTR one, same with front guards heaps of weight to be pulled out, but doesnt make it very street friendly

I dont know of any jap bolt in cages that meet the requirements. You might be ok because yours doesnt have the stupid "S" bend around the dash like most of them do.

Cool, the cheapy ones are ok....ish...but weigh a tonne (my cheapy front arms were more than double the weight of the standard ones) and the bearings flog out pretty quick. I dont have any experience with Cusco products but I hear they are ok.

Do you want adjustable arms or just bushes. For arms it is very hard to go past Ikeya Formula but will pay through the nose for their quality. I'm not 100% sure but most of the Jap brand sway bars are non adjustable.

N1GTR maxed his 1000's at 403kws on E85 but thats on a 3L, you might be able to maintain the current level of power on a 2.6L but would be the very limit...you would get no gains and 30% more fuel usage
