hmmm...if its nothing overly different to vista i dont think ill be trying it for a while then. i still have compatability issues with vista for my programs which is one of many things i dont like about it.

So its almost new years eve and im sitting here thinking whether i should partition my new 1TB portable hd. Bought it to store all my porn and movies and porn. So....is there any added value in partitioning it or will it be quite happy with me dumping it all on? cheers.

quite simple, get it throughly checked out but stateroad or soemthing for a comprehensive lookover if you dont want a lemon. will cost you a couple hundy but thats the price you pay for piece of mind.

i think the comments of people not owning skylines to piss off from using this forum is pretty ignorant. kudos to people who widen their knowledge base other than their own make and model. they might learn and apply something here to their car like turbo setups, tuning, suspension setups and the like. you might as well bury yourself blow hole ass up on the beach if you just think a particular forum should be for those who only own one.

lol...yep. i have a specialty bolt shop jsut down the road from me in springy hence my suggestion. surprising cheap solution hey? they sometimes give me the odd one for free if i just grab one as its too much hassle to process it.

does it make any noise while you turn? pop your bonnet up, theres a reservoir bottle on the passengers side next to the suspension strut. unscrew the lid and you will see a level indiator stick thats undernieth the lid. put it on and take it off again to see your level. check your hose that connects to it to see if its leaking, its quite common. see how you go with this.

for a proper job that wont peel again your gonna have to knock it all back and respray the whole thing. do it properly the first time i say.

check those online stores like greenline, takakaira, nengun. they usually deal with originals, some brands offer that flexi compound some dont so you have to doubel check. From what you described i think your still gonna have scraping issues with the roads and driveways you use cause alot of the aftermarket bars are a heck of a lot lower than a stock gtr one. Your on the money though with the gtr one as it has a botom lip that can be taken off for repairs. If you can source all parts for a decent price it maybe worth a shot, might have to flare the rear guards out abit...then you may need new rims to sit flush with the wheel archs? will your sideskirts fit the gtr pannels? alot to think about, would be a good project non the less. those gtr headlights with projectors look hot.

or mask the whole car..lol just make sure not to layer it on heavily. thin coats, may take longer but will pay off in the end.

Its an expensive conversion i say just to stop you from fixing your front bar all the time. maybe try and be abit more carefull with it?? How are you damaging it in the first place? I'd say it would look quite strange with pumped fronts and normal rears. for the amonut of money spent on the conversion it would be cheaper to pay good money for an "original" not a copy of an original aftermarket bodykit thats made from that flexi-fibreglass compound. Will fit better and have the give when you bump something once in a while. my 2 cents.

a better description of the vibration would help. does it happen at certain speeds, does it feel alignment related or pump related? when was the last time you checked your p/steering fluids and hoses? as for the indicators, they should turn off themselves. would be a simple clean, replacement if it starts to happen again. just take the surroundings off and have a look how it works.
