I hear what ya saying predator about costs but they way i see it is if i seel my wheels (say $500) then put another $1000 towards them thats not that much really and im not out to have the quickest car with the most Hp's at the treads, just a neat looking tidy daily that i can have a bit of fun in every now and then.

Do this or find the wire that goes the light and disconnect it. Taking the globe out would be easier as if you sold the car and wanted it back on, you just have to replace the globe again.

Just wondering what everyone uses to SD the doors and boot? I am thinking about doing it to the skyline but still not a 100% sure yet as there are a few doubts in my mind. The gains of doing it are without a doubt worthe it but im thinking along the lines of if i ever have to get access to the central locking or anything behind the SD material it would just be a pain in the perverbrial to take it off again... As there is limited selection down here in Tassie i will no doubt have to look at getting SD material else where (adds more expensive for shipping) but just wondering what's every1 used and general feedback for the product?

If its like the 32's then there is a bit of space there just depends on what you want to do really.

Ok so i got a HR32 GTS-t and i want to get a new set of wheels, just wondering what everyone else with 32's are running and what you think. If you have pics and dont mind sharing em please post them up and let me know any points to look out for or plan ahead getting a new set of wheels. I have been lookint at the ROH Adrenalin wheels at the moment in the shadow chrome finish. i want to put a set of 17's on all aorund, maybe 17x10 on the rear and 17x8 on the front, with DOT slick if the $$$'s are right? The wheels i have on the car at the moment look to stock and once i find a buyer (which i hope is soon) i will be looking at a new set.

Im in the same situation at the moment and wondering what way to go, have you thought about a bazooka style tube for the sub? Doesn't take up much room, easy to make (once you know how) and doesn't cost much. Very light and easy to move and can fit anywhere you want it to go in the back of the GTS-t

I was thinking the same thing pred and the way i see it i already have the speakers so i may as well throw them in there and make use of them!!!

Anyone got pics of the boot install with there sub box at all, after looking at the minimal room and height it limits your options and was wondering what everyone else had done to over come this? Post em up so i can get some idea's or just throw your ideas this way

I see this topic and its funny to read everyone's posts about stock boost. My stock boost gauge reads about 6 psi and my after market reads around 8psi, yet when i boot it on the guage at the mechanics it shows around 10psi. Most people will say its 10psi although as stated its not good to run it too high for long periods of time with the stock cooler and turbo but then again there are guys out there running in excess of 12-14psi with stock turbo. Just my 2cents

Ok so my mate got burnt big time as he went and bought one of these off Ebay and paid for it upfront and the guy's saying that there is a 6 week wait, EG: they come straight from China. Any suggestions at all where he might be able to sell it, he paid $700 for it :kick:

Yep im calling :bs!: aswell, although if its true he can do what ever mods he wants to my car to get that amount of power from stock internals and turbo

In all honesty why do you need one, for starters there illegal in Tassie anyway and you will get one very BIG defect for it and they now come under the new anti-hooning legislation when found on vehicles. Is it really that hard just to take it easy for the last few k's of your trip, sit in the car for another 30sec and then switch it off with the car in gear making it safe??? If you need a hand in hooking one up if you decide to go down that road then shoot me a PM and i'll help ya out but in all honesty and ask anyone that is in the racing/mechanical side of things they will tell you that a TT is just another way to waste money, my 2cents anyway

Im not after a cheap solution, i know of people that have bought turbo's like these and have had no problems, i was simply asking if anyone here had delt with them at all and what were they like??? If you must know im just going to upgrade my stock RB20 turbo (compressor wheel) and use that, at least i know what i have got and that i can get around 25psi out of it if needed (obviosily not for long periods of time) as a better solution to turbo's for money in book???

I hear what your saying and im not having a go at Chinese copies or anything else, im just saying is it worthe the money and has anyone else used one before thats all??? I dont mind spending a bit more on a turbo upgrade (or just replace the stock wheel in mine) and go from there!!!

Yeah i would have to agree with this as at the moment when you do a search stuff comes up under all different Forums at the min and it can make it difficult for some, just my 2cents worthe though

Yeah im not sure whats going on here, but i guess that the 2 doors being a touch longer than the 4's maybe there is a mounting difference as well? TimmyB's car is what we did the other night and like i said it was 24MM spacer to get there clearance needed (and i mean only just) for the window channel and mech and the skin is only just back on, anymore and it would be popping off the door!!!! We took some pics and get em up asap so everyone can have a look and in the mean time while i wait to get my car i'll keep you posted on how it all goes on my part
