  1. You'd think so, shame they are still overpriced and have the same software. All the same concepts still apply as they do to almost all Apple products, I'm assuming almost but I can't think of one.
  2. I was going to say stuff but it's already been said. http://www.tomsguide.com/us/macbookpro-app...eview-1513.html
  3. You mean the drivers are, it's essentially exactly the same hardware. In fact drivers have been hacked before to swap between rendering type apps and gaming on the same cards.
  4. I wanted a pair of 3" 100CPI cats but I can't register on the site. That's a shame as they do look identical to the Venom cats which are alright.
  5. Are the cats the same as the Venom ones? I hope you contacted SAUTraderAdmin
  6. That's wierd, the only recent driver issue I have had with ATi cards was game crashes in CrossfireX when using 10.6.
  7. If it's stopped with a higher fan speed it might be memory or VRMs overheating. The 100% at startup is a card BIOS setting and is pretty normal.
  8. er who? After a quick search the general concensus is they are rubbish, possibly worse than Shaw and most likely lying about their 80+ certs. They can achieve decent efficiency it seems but that's only one part of PSU quality.
  9. Have you removed and reinstalled flash? Do you run steam or an alternate browser that requires the non-standard flash player?
  10. How are the 3.3 and 5v readings?
  11. The 12v should be fine. As has been said the fans are pretty much unrelated though you could try running MSI Afterburner or similar and manually setting the fan speeds and see if it still changes. If it still does it is probably crashing, attempting to reset and sitting at pre-POST where fans can be at 100% by default.
  12. Did you make sure the PCIe clock was still at 100 when it was OC'd? Might have been fine in XP/Vista but issues have shown up in 7. I love my Classified board and being able to disable each PCIe slot individually. Also what version of the ATi drivers and CCC were you running?
  13. There's a few dings on the '77 Falcon ute still, haven't got around to getting them repaired.
  14. So do Gigabyte, Asus, Acer, IBM, HP, Lenovo.....
  15. Totally dependent on the support you get with the system at the time of purchase. A lot of Dells come with on-site service and I have used it without any issues. But I would never buy a dell for a home PC and always build my own.
  16. Resolution or physically?
  17. Unix You could go with a Dell Precision M4500 - $4052.91 should get it under $4k pretty easy with an account manager. Small and decent and will actually accelerate CAD. 18. This could be signed over to a dealer as early as today so don't be shy.
  19. Some quick phone shots, the R33 in all it's filthy glory.
  20. It might need dust caps on the suspension and a couple of bushes. I'll help out with any suspension / undercar parts etc for the buyer because I can get them at good prices through a client. It's a silver R33, I don't have any current pics right now but I can get some tomorrow. Also has: Z32 AFM Generic adj strut brace Sedan headlights too, the chrome/silver type instead of black. Old ones were getting too 'foggy' I have a S2 s/wheel to replace the ratty S1 but the airbags are not the same - different placement of the controller unit so it would have to remain disconnected.
  21. Don't make it get traded in for a reacharound and a wink and have to be all stock-ish like, that's just mean.
  22. That's right, it may have 192000 KM, it might need a new bodykit and A/C compressor but it works and still puts out 229rwkw.
