Speedy Envy MkII, looks good on a Pearl White Stagea

Richardson Motosport, 62545733. Very good in design, fabrication and welding. However he is very busy so if you are in a hurry, it will not happen.

Interestingly my boost guage is reading 8.5psi. I thought max was 7psi standard. I can only assume that a split dump pipe and full 3" exhaust has allowed things to breath a little better. Either that or my boost guage is skewed. Apart fromt the above mentioned exhaust, the car is standard.

Typical Canberra day - cold and wet with very slippery roads. All sorts of cars, and drivers sliding everywhere. Funny thing is you get some real 'dirty' looks as you merrily flash past in the Stagea - AWD and you are gone, grip, grip, grip, fun, fun, fun

Sorry team, I would love to assist but I am down a store manager and end of financial year is nearly upon us all. The Stagea will be going onto the back burner for at least 2 months. Know that I have the unit fitted I am inclined to lean towards a black/dark gray perspex. If I get one of these made up in the future and all is good I shall see if a small run can be done.

52mm - and they just fitted.

DEFI guages are very veeeery nice. the budget would not handle them at this stage. Maybe down the track we will look at it. for the time being VDO's.

66yostagea - Because the DIN guage would not fit I had to make up my own panel. GoldZilla - homemade using 2 thin pieces of MDF, cut to different sizes and glued. Then had a local signwriter profile cut the holes accurately (very little room for error). Cost me 1 grazed knuckle (left hand) and $15 for profile cut. The smaller back section is a 'snug' fit into the metal frame and all is held in place by the front plastic facia - quite solid.

I have found that a standard 3 guage DIN panel would not fir into a SII Stagea. A little find of fiddling and I have managed to get 3 guages mounted above my stereo rather neatly.

Does anyone have an automatic transmision cooler they wish to sell. There have been a number of Group Buys for upgraded coolers so I am sure someone would have an original lying about (based on the number of purchases). If you wish to sell could you please indicate how much (incl Freight to ACT 2617).

Two old songs come to mind "Communication Breakdown" and "Silence Is Golden". Purchased a boost controller on Ebay - money cleared my account on 29/5. Have subsequently sent 3 E-mails thru' Ebay and a further E-mail thru' this Forum. To date nothing!! No repsonse, and definately no boost controller. Not even a comment in this thread from Mark in this thread to say he has 'family issues' or he is 'busy' with his daily employment. Me thinks this is a little sloooow.

I han't realised how close my front spoiler was to hitting a standard curb when parking front in. I have been parking in this spot for the last 12 months and have not had a problem. Just happened to have the camera with me today.

ps The Federal 595 is a good 'value for money' tyre. Unlike the 535, it is Silica based, and if managed correctly, will give good returns. I sell them and have yet had a customer come back and complain. Tyres are a grudge purchase and believe me customers dooo complain.

I run 235/40R17 Goodyear Revspec RS-02 @ 40psi(F), 38psi®. If I am carrying a load, up the rears to 40psi. Even wear allround on all tyres.

A better fitment may be the 235/40R18 - which a number of us are running. Also, why choose an obsolete tyre. The new tyre in the Toyo range is the Proxes T1R. Check out www.toyo.com.au.

I have a need for a set of front and rear standard shocks for a 1995 ECR33 R33 2 door. They are required for a customers car so that we can clear rego. Would be interested in purchase if items are available in Canberra. Please PM, or ring 6251 5977. Marc
