  3. Gary, I would strongly recommend a new thread. The reason being that you are extremely accurate and concise in your work and I am assuming this 'project' will generate as much interest as the JAYCAR project. Just imagine how long this thread would become, let alone trying to find a specific piece of info within. Regards, Marc2
  4. In the Diary as requested.
  5. Spotted a green SI Stagea turning right into Ogilby Cres Page @ 2.00pm today. A bit of a rare sighting - only 2 x Stags in the Belconnen area, mine and Leshy's. Marc2

    Air Box

Looking to buy an air box for a SII Stagea. Maybe late? Skyline will satisfy requirement. If non-Stagea air box would prefer Canberra region for trial fit. Thanks. Marc2
  7. OK, keep us informed - will keep the diary free to attend. Marc2
  8. When I sought out the SII, will give you a 'heads up' and you can have a drive - just to realise what you are missing out on. Marc2
  9. Wow - that certainly makes the ACT based STAGS nearly as rare as 3 legged bandicoots. Marc2
  10. Congrats - didn't take long. Is it staying in Canberra? Marc2
  11. Does any body have a Stagea Series II Air Filter Box they wish to sell? Marc2
  12. OK Guys, I may be able to help with new product - depending on brand. Ring me on 6251 5977. Unfortunately I do not have any 2nd hand tyres in that size. Marc2
  13. Hi Veilside R33, Sorry I missed the post yesterday. I own the Discount Tyre Service stores at Belconnen and Gungahlin. I tend to spend most of my time at Belconnen. If you, or any one, requires any assistance etc ring me (6251 5977). It is best to speak with me direct. Regards, Marc
  14. Hi SK, No I did not measure rotors - I wanted to clear up the pad issue before I took any further steps in relation to rotors, calipers etc. Regards, Marc2
  15. Brake Pad Update. It appears as though SI and SII Stagea pads are different. Terminal was kind enough to call in today and we compared his SI front and rear pads to my SII. Definately different. Guys I will confirm the following info by mid week when pads arrive and we have done a fitment. but it looks as though the front pads for SI are DB1398's and come in Bendix Premium (so far). The rears are DB1144's and are Hardie Ferrodo (so far). More research to follow. For SII it looks like rears are DB1399's in Bendix Advance (more research to follow). To date I have not found a pad for the front of SII - but still searching. I will endeavour to keep you all posted as information comes to hand. Regards, Marc2
  16. Andrew, After our chit chat on Saturday, I found this thread on the guage holder - have E.T. Performance indicated that it will definately fit the Stagea's? Regards, Marc
  17. Andrew, I can get one of the mechanics to pull my front and rear pads out tomorrow morning and match them against the Bendix catalogue. It is one of those items on the 'to do list'. You have given me a good reason to lift the priority. Regards, Marc
  18. SK, In the S2 Stag with the trip tronic 'box would the above problems still persist if you were manually changing gears via the auto shift (or steering wheel mounted buttons)?
  19. No problem Jay, a lousy day for photos anyway. I am sure there will be a better day for us all. Marc
  20. Damn - definately not in my photo gallery - but have been uploaded by me. Marc2
  21. O'kay, There are a couple of pictures of 2 of the 3 Canberra based Stageas - and I think they ended up in my photo gallery. Then again they could have ended up anywhere. A pity Jay could not make it then we would have had a 100% attendance. Marc2
