  1. Thanks people. Now that it is out of the glovebox and space is available, I can start planning on installing the Jaycar IEBC, DFA and Hand Controller plus the APEXI SITC. (All have been sitting in my office for 3 plus months). It will be interesting to see how things 'tick along' with the split dump 3" exhaust and 4" cat.
  2. OK team, found this guage in my glovebox when I picked up the Stagea (Series II). Assuming it was removed from the A pillar so that vehicle could pass compliance. Anybody seen them before, got one, know anything about them??? Any info would be helpful.
  3. Sounds like the correct item. I shall review my invoice at work tomorrow and respond with a little more info.
  4. For the Series II, CES Racing have the R34 GTT Twin Dump Pipe - and it fits perfectly.
  5. This is what it looks like with 18" wheels fitted.
  6. Same mileage as yours, including bodykit but some 8 mths ago when SII were still a little on the scarce side. I paid just a tad more than $26,000. Regards, Marc2
  7. I bought mine from Motivation - found them to be a good bunch of guys to deal with. My SII Stagea is the same (see photo). The car has proven to be exactly as they described it, and I have not had a spot of bother with it. Regards, Marc2
  8. Tyre Placard photographed as requested from a SII - complied and Registered in QLD prior to registering in ACT. Regards, Marc2 ps. I cannot recall if rim offset was even mentioned on the compliance documentation.
  9. This is close to work, so if you want to fill in a spot of time during the day PM me. Marc2
  10. Just proves the point as to how much a 'sleeper' the Stagea really is.
  11. Well done. By the sounds of things it appears the car has met all your expectations - congratulations. Marc2
  12. Yep, right the first time.
  13. Damn, I thought I was the only white SII in town. congratulations and welcome aboard. Mine is an auto. Both Terminal and I are one the North side of town. must catch up some time.
  14. Series II Stagea will take an 18" X 8" wheel running 38P offset - refer to attachment showing them on my car. rims are fitted up with 235/40R18 tyres. marc2
  15. That was me turning off to Evatt - had to pick up the dogs after their day out. Now I have to clean the dog drool off the windows. marc2

    Stagea Parts List

Front pads and rotors for the S2 are a bit of a problem. I am driving around with hairline cracks in my front rotors at present. Have done a significant amount of research and it appears none are avail in AUS. My option has been to replace front calipers for R32 GTR units, new pads and DBA rotors. At least this will upgrade the marginal braking capacity of he Stagea. The S1 do not seem to be a problem as we have done pad changes for these. Marc2

    Stagea Stereo

Hey SK, I thought you were a 'colour conscious' sought of guy - but a blue amp and 'peach' wiring on the SITC. A bit of a colour clash. By the way 'off topic' received my SITC from ALEXCRIM today. Marc2

    Stagea Stereo

Well my head unit is a Pioneer DEH-P1Y MOSFET with CD/MP3/WMA capability - 60Wx4 and is mounted in the lower DIN slot - upper slot retained for 3 X guages. Front speakers are 6" splits - Focal 165KP"s - 80W RMS. Rear speakers are Alpine SPS 170A's, Co-Axial 2 way - 40W RMS. The amp is an Eclipse EA3422 - 4 X 50W RMS. The amp hides under the drivers seat. A bit of a hybrid mix but all components definately compliment each other and produce exceptional soudn quality. Current plans cater for a CD stacker to go under front passengers seat, but not planning on mounting a sub-woofer - need the back area for carrying. Marc2
  19. 'Early bird gets the worm' Sorry buddy. Marc2

    Side Skirts

OK. Attached are some photos of 2 x Series 2 Stageas with different kits. The gray S2 has a DAYZ kit (as identified by the DAYZ badge on rear), the white one has, what I believe, the Dolphin Aeroform. I am missing the front spoiler at the moment - being repaired. I have attempted to photograph both vehicles side by side for comparison sake. You will notice the rear spoilers are different shapes also. Due to time constraints, and being too short one end, I did not manage to get a photograph looking down onto the spoilers for a clearer definition. Regards, Marc2

    Side Skirts

Here is something a bit different. These skirts were on my Series 2 when I bought it. Do not aske me what or whose they are. Sorry about front spoiler - being repaired. Marc2 ps Will try and have better photos of my car and another Series 2 with a DAYZ kit tomorrow.
  22. OK pm me or ring me on 02-6251 5977(W) Marc2
  23. Weeeellll - let me blow your 'young' theory out the door. After 5 arthroscopies (knee surgery) plus a major knee re-construction, plus 2 Rhodesian Ridgebacks and the owner of a Series 2 Stagea ........ There is a few numbers after fifty - I fit in there. BUT, and it is a big BUT, you are as young as you feel and life is a ball. The reason for the Stagea - it is different, the dogs need quality transport and the tax man knows I use it for work. Marc2 ps See all Stagea owners have something in common - knees, dogs, and cars!!!
