    Yeah put it on a dyno if possible and have a look when it is loaded up at peak torque, should be able to see if there is much movement.

    Possible to twist it towards the camera slightly more? Would give even better flow.

    No I mean that Unley Nissan here in Adelaide has always had diff shims in stock when me or a friend has purchased them, hence call them up, pay over the phone and get them to send them to you via an express post satchel so they arrive the next day. Faster than 2 weeks from Japan and probably cheaper.

    get them express from adelaide in 1 day? im pretty sure unley nissan has had them that day whenever I've been there.

    BB should be less laggy, were you comparing identical turbos?

    1.5 ways and proper 2 ways don't. Kaaz and improperly shimmed LSDs will chirp and carry on. I have no idea why people buy kaaz 2 ways that chirp etc, what is the point, might as well just get a locker if they are going to carry on and cause understeer.

    I wouldn't do it in a daily, mainly because of the destruction to tyres and bushes, also cops will hear/see it if they pull you into an rbt. Just save for a 1.5 way, a second hand centre is only 500 usually, get the clutches machined and it all professionally installed would set you back maybe $1k max. Do it once do it properly.

    So go buy the 8100 xcess and put it in. Check the SA section for a list of workshops, why don't you just do it yourself though? Changing oils, plugs, filters etc is a piece of piss. It is like 1 bolt for the oil.

    You haven't even seen the results yet?

    The same ones, federals win hands down for value, kumho ku36s would be the next Id go to but they are a bit more pricey. Running federal rsrs on the front which are incredible, when new the 595 evos were fantastic as well but they are about 12 months old and have taking a lot of abuse. Is also a daily car but it was off the road for about 5 months recently, probably the main issue.

    Looks amazing, 280kw with 3.5k power band, pretty sure nothing garret makes does that on 98

    Still got it, had a few low ball offers for less than what a stock motor goes for! C'mon people the pistons alone are almost worth what I am asking.

    pre ignition isn't detonation, different problems different causes.

    Just try it yourself, learning is fun. Who wants to be that useless guy? not me.

    No if its too big it won't control boost properly.

    Honestly any even borderline incompetent auto elect could do this, assuming eboost is already wired up you need to find power and ground, a relay and run two wires to the VCT solenoid, read the eboost instructions to enter in the window rpm range./
