  9. after 3 days and the novelty of being able to change your boost wares off.. i doubt your gonna be playing with it much
  10. ok im going to officialy say the using toothpaste to brighten your headlights rumour is a load of crap the white stuff is still on the headlights tho grr it goes away when u pour water on it.. then comes bak a minute or 2 later
  11. last time i tried toothpaste to try brighten them up it didnt do shit, except make my headlights smell all minty ill try again though spose it cant hurt, thanks
  12. hey peoples this is a bit wierd... i chucked some water on the front of my car the other day to try clean the bonnet / front bumper... i noticed though that the headlights seemed to be covered by this white stuff... so i washed em again and again and with spray/wipe etc etc... and when the water is on the headlights the white stuff goes away, then a minute or 2 later it cames back.. it seems to be inside the headlight.. anyways so i thought maybe its moisture so i left the headlights / engine on for a bit to dry it out.. but it doesnt seem to be moisture.. its like some actual white stuff... evan when i clean it 10000 times with 100 diff cleaning products it still comes back with a white layer on it kinda anoyed because all i literaly did was through some water over the car...something ive done 1000 times... anyone have any ideas what this white stuff could be (and lets all be mature about this please ) ?? or how the hell to clean it off ???????????? thanks heaps
  13. nah he doesnt have a stock one... he's got one of those wierdo ecu's... a mines one possibly ??
  14. this probs doesnt help but i think its in the boot somewhere.. a couple of those wires coming out of the fuel tank goto the fpcm.
  15. you can film / record anything you like as long as its not accessible by the general public.. ie i can record any phone call i like and not tell anyone im doing it as long as i dont stick it on a website etc etc... a police man told me this while i was in a police station in victoria...
  16. col have you got another sensor to test ?? it sounds like that one isnt the correct one.. It doesnt sound right that it could be something in your car stuffing up the o2 reading if your getting the wierd reading from the wires coming off sensor its self.. also i dunno bout that ox-207 one.. I know mine was rox-207 if that makes any differance......
  17. col i've got the exact same o2 sensor as you... the rox one.. when you test it with a volt meter thingy your testing it at the actual wires coming off the o2 sensor right ?? is it possible you got the wrong o2 sensor ?? if its showing more than like 1v and your testing it at the actual o2 sensor it sounds like its not the correct sensor ???
  18. I've got a theory on this...... for every one person that comes on forums with a sucessful insurance claim story, theres about 3 who never come back on to tell the story cause there to embarrased.
