  1. Man, the shot of this Murci was a fluke. Just had to guess when it was about to come into view and hope for the best (was watching traffic pulling up to the tolls on the bridge). Came out okay, aside from the angle =P Good day for Lambo spotting- I saw 3 different Murcielagos today. The best one was the white LP640 with black wheels that I saw on Parramatta Rd, turning into Norton St Leichardt at about 5:30 this arvo. Was well tough (no pic, sorry)
  2. is everyone so awestruck by Hamo's driving these days that they just get the hell out of the way when they see him coming?
  3. yeah, it was a very gripping race for a dry event. the pace car made a lot of drivers have to work even harder for their placings. very, very cheeky move by Vettel showing Alonso some argy-bargy in the pit lane exit, but it's all good, because Algonzo is a dick-flop anyway... fair cop, but the pass on P.K chewy, wasn't super easy. Nelson did seem to give him a generous amount of space down to the apex, but the touch of inside wheel lock showed how hard Lewis was working to bleed off juuust enough speed to carry them to the edge of the track turning in off the optimal line but Massa? what the hell was up with that? did he assume he had enough power to out-drag the McLaren down the straight? never defended his line once
  4. can't say i blame him. she was A++ i'd have a crack too if i was worth 600mil --- very happy after this weekend- fave team won, fave driver moved to the top of the WDC, and fave motorcycle manufacturer even won the MotoGP to whoever was having a winge about Kova letting Lewis past- what should he have done? let Lewis sit behind him drumming on the steering wheel while being slowed down by over a second a lap, so the rest of the field could catch up?
  5. 100W main beams will make your car illegal and you'll just get high-beamed by everyone else. Not a good idea.
  6. If you've got an aftermarket stereo, there's a good chance whoever installed it just wired it straight to the battery with an in-line fuse. Just check none of the blade fuses are blown first before you do anything else.
  7. that's actually a Shell ad =P the bridge around the 50 second mark is Sea Cliff Bridge at Stanwell, just north of Wollongong.
  8. *leaves shirt on*
  9. It should be one of the fuses under the steering column. I remember the stereo and clock in mine weren't working one day, and replacing one fuse fixed both problems.
  10. Today at Monterey. As you can see, I took the picture a tad too early. Hard to get it right when the closing speed is 120km/h, lol Saw a 997 Turbo on the harbour bridge also with the rego '3'. The plate would be worth more than the car...
  11. ^ that's a last-gen Diablo. the 6.0L version > Was the Konigsegg a prize for new members at Starcity Pokieden Casino?
  12. "an opportunity to show off both vehicles speed and agility" agility?, in a straight line!? complete WOFTAM
  13. He actually has dual German and Finnish citizenship
  14. 32 GT-R at Taren Point. prolly gets a lot of redlight GP challenges with those plates...
  15. ^ and it did look like B.S too i am teh ninja-shotter
  16. keep ur hand reeeeeal steady as you take the shot, and don't crash into the car in front. lol you guessed wrong- so you get NOTHING!!! super, but of the bike variety
  17. Nugget of the day "Avert your eyes children- It may take on other forms!"
  18. Looks like the plastic moulding industry pays well. In Caringbah. Shiries have prolly seen the Gallardo before. also saw a silver Aston Vanquish on Falcon St at the top of North Sydney, but wasn't quick enough with the phone
  19. F430 Spider this morning. Guess the location and win a prize! 360 Modena on Miller St in North Sydney, outside the old Bears football oval Phat R8 on Miltary Rd at Spit Junction also saw a 599GTB Ferrari and a last-generation 6.0L Diablo with a trade plate, but didn't manage to get pics
  20. it's the stock valve guides that will die first. i wouldn't take it past 8000 if they haven't been replaced- they are fairly brittle in standard form, and only get worse over time with all the heat up and cool down cycles.
  21. then i'd have to put up with the inevitable '2007 called, they want their thread back' jokers it's all about continuity c-o-n-t-i-n-u-i-t-y
