Yeh I see it all the time cars doing the speed limit and getting wrapped around trees for no reason.........Must have been some diesel on the road or something similar Thats the joys of not being the person that it happened to......we get to judge.....The main thing is everyone got out alright......

Also.....What oil are you using as I didn't see that posted anywhere............. I was using valvoline run in oil on mine.......500k service, 1000k service up then 1500k then 5000k I think....then started using the good stuff.....Also I wasn't allowed to use more than 5psi by my engine builder until it was run in.

surge tank and single O44 is what I have in mine. and its able to handle up to around 25psi with my 1000cc injectors also you will need a good fuel reg. Going to be running some decent boost for a 12 second quarter. Go some 550cc injectors. Dont skimp on these as obviously a bad set of these will make u r motor go boom.

RX8 mmmmmmm is it pink or yellow and have you put the frangapani on the back lol............. Very nice car but yes I agree underpowered.......Pity they didn't boost it like the last one.....a factory turbo version would have sold well Apparently they do handle very well judging by the reviews I have read about them over the years.......

Which chook cooker did you go for mate.........I like the Series 4 RX7's (shape) although the interiors look real oldschool You know you will be back...........It will go well for a while and then blow up. Then you will miss the reliability of your old 32 Good luck mate , we will be here when you come back.........

I've had one speeding ticket in my life and am now 32yrs old. Ive owned in this order a Nissan Bluebird, VK Wagon, Torana(modded), Ford Laser, Vx ss(modded), VL Turbo(highly modded), Vy ss(modded) and now my skyline(highly modded). Unfortunately people get done for doing as little as 11k's over the speed limit including Ma and Pa Kettles through to the higher end of the spectrum. Don't like it move to Vic where there speed cameras (I believe) start at 5 k's over then you can whinge about revenue raising. Pull your hand off it about looking at your speedo all the time. Speed is one of the fatal four like it or lump it. Speed Cameras are better than no deterrent..... If you are doing 11k's or more over the speed limit then your not paying enough attention and deserve whats coming to you. DON'T SPEED = DON'T GET FINED NOTE ***** IM SORRY I MUST NOT BE A REAL DRIVER JUST A REALIST Harden up Buttercup!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

left side indicator should be salvageable, front left wheel for a spare and the front passenger seat mmmmm and thats about it I think..... Once he gets out of hospital he can always open up a tree lopping business . Hopefully he will learn from this very big mistake........Wonder if our insurance has gone up

I recently bought Aunger Multi Edge wipers(7 edges). They have been going great guns since I bought them with minor sound(if any ? whilst typing I cant recall them making any noise) and appear to be silky smooth. I have no complaints. Part No was OEXMW2202. I was going to get bosch but the guy from Autobarn recommended these (They were cheaper too). Cheers Imtorqing

They can still rock up, send you to court and seize the car as the legislation does not state that any time period applies. Only car they cant seize is a rental car.

I agree with Trapper. I believe their should be a universal code between Qld Transport and Qld Police. This would give modified car owners a black and white code of conduct when it came to modifying their cars. This would be of benefit to the community and the police. This is because most police officers have no idea on what is defective or not and when you ask them why is it illegal they dont know. Also more motoring venues for enthusiasts would be great as Willowbank and Qld Raceway in Brisbanes deep South is a big travel for most.

Yeh my bad, it is for illegal modifications only, you can get done three times for three different modifications should police wish and it will still fall under the same category. If your car is modified and features the appropriate modification plate and paperwork by an authorised person there shouldnt be any problems. I have always kept my paperwork in the car. Keep in mind there has always been a big divide between what Qld Transport classify as street legal and what police do. Police generally will target ; Exhaust noise, unfastened pod filters, smaller than standard steering wheels, ride height, wheel and tyre sizes, chopped chassis rails, chopped front reo bars, BOV's etc. Cheers Imtorqing
