  3. i agree with dave its laggy as all hell i dont think its setup correctly you should be able to build 0.75bar by 80km/h
  4. i dont have a bin viewer sorry what is the stock ecu map res like ?
  5. please see here http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...view=getnewpost
  6. there are some maps on the forums, search for my DIY tuning thread and youll find some first thing you should do is stop trashing the car on stock maps, thats a good way to kill the engine turn the boost down to a normal level and then get it tuned properly. you can use someone else's map if you wish but you've been warned the maps i put have put up on the forums have tons of timing in them and are very aggressive so if you just plonk it over the top and run 15psi and trash the pants off i wont be surprised if you break something
  7. there isnt one, the closest thing you will find is the powerfc faq in my signature covers everything you need to know
  8. hi, as per the install documentation you need to disable the boost control kit. you can disable it under ETC, FUNCTION select on the hand controller, this will clear the engine check light being on. when the engine check light comes on, it will highlight the broken sensor in ETC, SENSOR SW CHECK and you will see BOST is highlighted, as you don't have the boost control kit, the boost senor returns no value, so the engine check light comes on and stays on i have no idea about your aftermarket alarm led being on, but the PFC should function the same as the stock ECU in terms of the ECCS control and relays etc
  9. thats fine, just make sure the driver is spoken to (in a nice manner) but they need to understand its not cannonball run and if you did pass the car in front, then what? theres another 20 odd cars in front so no need to be hero and try to pass peoeple on those roads also if something did occur on a road like that, yeah expect it to be pretty fatal to both club enthusiasists and the general public
  10. hey i just came to the first meet point for a quick chat and meet that was about it i had some other stuff on that day so couldnt make it
  11. hi, please keep in mind this topic is viewed by lots of observers including local authorities so it is recommended to think before you post. just a friendly reminder, also please dont name names or anything when an incident occurs. and remember these events are non official sau vic events as was clearly stated on the event thread
  12. well the best way to progress is to dyno plot it with; afr fuel pressure power so you can see how the car performs and check afr's you will then know if the %100 is causing an issue or not youll also see power delivery. then once thats done, do a light load dyno plot so youll see what the light cruise / medium afr's are like and lastly before you do anything else check 02 feedback is on and you have working 02 sensors. some tuners disabled them during dyno tuning and could possibly forget
  13. to go frther you need to find out when it hits %100 until then you cant do much
  14. it depends when you are hitting %100 duty if its at 7100rpm then its fine if its at 5400rpm then its bad do a test and see when its hits %100 also get another tuner to check over the tune and do a dyno plot with AFR to make sure its not leaning out (if its hitting 100% at 5400rpm for example then it wil be leaning out)
  15. gtrs or highflow lots orf proven results no guesswork required
  16. hi, what are you trying to achieve? have you juts got and installed the powerfc? ok ive just re-read it, using someone else's tune is a bad idea and great way to kill your engine its not idling properly as the tune is from someone else's car the first thing you should do is follow the correct install procedure (in the faq) and reset the powerfc the tune on it is useless and you should start from scratch. this will make it idle correctly then you can get it tuned
  17. that sucks man, sorry to hear. what a pain in the ass hey

  23. the restriction is the other way around what size is the pipe work after the compressor outlet ?
  24. the fumes is what makes it burn if you inhale as much as you can, take a big big breath, then do the shot, then breath out you will be fine and it wont burn if you do it the other way around (breathe in after the shot) you inhale the fumes directly, which is why it burns
