    here you go: UNIT buttons in place. from memory this was a M35 stagea that I used for the photo. the radio controls are a by product of the cruise. if you have the integrated 6 CD unit then they will simply work.

    tis exactly the same. as for cruise control $900 fitted in any state. the unit will be sent to a workshop for fitting. buttons fit ON THE WHEEL. as for fitting the buttons it to ANY cruise unit - nup! this is a custom unit I had done and I market it as such. buttons are NOT stock either.

    clinton, looking at the back of the plug ( yes I bad that I actually know these pinouts) spekaers are on the left power is in the middle key is on the right. rears left rear is on teh right. RT Rear is on the bottom. should give him a general idea. (also your prado stuff has a delay - call me on monday.)

    BBQ - maybe. sausages would be the go. steak may get a bit expensive depending on cut. got signage sorted out today. nice and simple. measure your sign and from there whack it up. thought it would be harder than that.

    I thought that was the concept of buying a second hand donk. buy/strip and redo so its solid. agree with your point on reliabilty. I had my share of tempermental small block chevs and grew tired of it quickly.

    already working on that. ( it won't be anything too dramatic - still have rent to pay.) considering having a open day once I get things sorted.

    still have to get over the signage hurdle. no point setting this up the way I want if I can't get a sign out front. 90% of business will simply drive past.. but yes its an accomplishment I'm proud of (its taken almost 8 yrs to pull off!)

    make sure the ROM reads a disc first. most of the early ones won't.

    I know there are a few automotive workshops in the area. I looked at 6 others in the area and those were either tucked off the main road or shells with nothing in them. I thought this was in a good spot so I went for it.
