It's really an engineers question . Find someone with seating codes and go see them. There is a truck seat place on ash over rd Rocklea (truck seats are us ) that can answer that question.

yes. that said every call I get I get told its too much and I want the rest of the system in english for that price. part of the reason I got annoyed with the whole thing and simply said no. I have done a few of these and a couple of Jap R35s as well. anything is possible if you throw enough money at it, put it this way - $10k in parts will net you a 'local' G37. I know what to swap,part numbers and what needs to change for the system to work. to date no one has fronted up and said do it..

already done android and i device on one. getting video on the screen in any decent resolution is a bitch. locking out the social media apps is what stops me from making a public release. As for getting anyone to tell you how to do it inc myself , not likely. this is my income and I tell very few people what I do and how I do it. the company you mention in Sydney DOES outsource this. I know who does it.

roof heights differ majorly. no sunroof and I fit in the car. sun roof version I literally hit the roof unless I drop the seat to the bottom of its limit.

BecuSe everyone bitches about the cost to do it properly.. For me its a $2k ish exercise to integrate it properly.

I used that unit in several cars. After it rebooted several times often in Chinese and often with the unit freezing up I decided it was not worth the hassle and went with garmin. Sure it looks good on the screen but when you look deeper at it and not based on cost like most of you tend to do its really not all its cracked up to be for the $700 + you are asked to pay. Unit is made by Kllen . Toos tht into alibab or global sources. It should net a few results.

Agree with the above. The sunroof version is a bit tight if you are 6' . I think Dave is 6'2" . I had trouble getting into his car as well as two others that were similar. Given these are 5-6 yrs old now I would watch the kms. Some are genuine low km versions like Daves but there are some that are on the high side as well. A good broker is an asset when buying this car. Also buy it without the navigation package. (See FAQ)

Bullshit. That unit is capable of being put into domestic mode VERY easily. Done it severl times locally. That said it can be setup to grab software as well. Getting them to do that though will be nearly impossible.

Not one of mine. I have a garmin version sitting here that I am going to put in production though . I know whatbthTvis and the are prone to failing.

Even with full use it was $600/ yr. same rules. I am considering putting concession rego on it as well.
