  1. I have the following for sale from my car: R33 GT-R driver's seat, in excellent condition. $650 neg TODA Racing lightweight flywheel (<5kg) and exedy 5-puck clutch from R32 GTS-T. $800 ono 2 x reconditioned driveshafts, 6 bolt pattern that are common on silvias. Perfect if you want to put in an LSD that was from a silvia and that uses the 6-bolt side flanges. cost me $100 for each shaft, and a further $200 to recond .. sell for $150 firm. I'll upload pics of the seat and driveshafts soon. The flywheel and clutch have travelled only 5000kms, 5 months old. will have pics next week - currently still on my car. anyone interested just PM me and I'll get in touch when it's out of the car. alternatively, e-mail [email protected] I'm in Syndey... Regards, KJ
  2. if it falls through, PM me. I'm in Sydney, ready to inspect anytime. Regards, KJ
  3. i've had 6 bolt S13 diff + 2 way LSD in my R32 for ages. All are R200 diffs. Just need the correct side shafts + drive shafts to suit the LSD centre.
  4. R32 and R33 seats are interchangable i have R33 GT-R seat in my R32 GTS-T
  5. one of my best mates has a circuit-tune Integra Type-R. Runs jap style suspension tune - 24k front, 18k rear. :headspin: it's his daily drive - i reckon he's a masochist lol
  6. Hey ppl.. As per topic, I'm after a Bride MO-type seat rail for the R32. Driver's side, product code is N045MO to suit reclineable seat (Bride Brix). Also still looking for a factory Nissan plastic lower lip from the R32 GT-R. Please PM me or ring 0414671788 (KJ) if you have either item for sale. KJ
  7. at the end of the day, comes down to what you want out of your suspension, and also what is acceptable to you... My FLT-A2 coilovers are awesome for circuit / drift. but combined with the polyurethene bushes, they are absolutely unsuitable for day to day as the car crashes over the bumpy roads in Syd. Many of my mates run Tein suspension - either the HA's or the Flex. Run them soft and I find them alright. But others may disagree and say that they are still too hard. if your car will be mainly road use, i'd say good spring + shock, e.g. Bilstein shocks + Eibach springs, would be awesome and still put up a good showing on track. do a search, there's been many many threads written on this topic + many recommendations & opinions.
  8. hehe i forgive them after each trackday ... they're awesome
  9. spring rate is car-specific I think for my R32 GTS-T, FLT-A2 spring rate is 8kg front, 6kg rear if I recall correctly. similar to Tein HA, but damper rate much harder than Tein (is that how to describe the damper's bound/rebound? not a susp expert! )
  10. what's the handling pack consist of? if it's just bushes, pineapples, etc then no problem, you can use coilovers. note tho, if u use polyurethene bushes and then add a race spec coilover, the ride will be pretty bad over bumpy roads.
  11. i bought brand new FLT A-2's beginning of this year. After 8 month's of use - on bumpy Syd roads, and about 7 trackdays inc 2 @ EC, I'd rate them very highly for both drift and circuit, tho it's meant to be a drift suspension. But be warned, do not set the damper adjustment thingy too soft, or it will root the damper.
  12. this thread was from a year ago...
  13. hey Luke, Did you manage to find out the freight stuff to Sydney? still interested, let me know. Regards, KJ
  14. sent you a PM yesterday, awaiting ur reply

  16. HSVKLR - is what u are experiencing like this - say u start off driving slowly, steering wheel is straight. then as u build up ur speed, you find that you have to turn the steering wheel to one side, but the car is still going straight? two things - 1) HICAS may be leaking on R32 (happened once to me, locked it and problem went away) 2) problem came back later on, more severe. turned out that one of the steering rack rubber bushes thingy was worn out and allowing unwanted movement - not sure what they're called, it was this rubber ring like thing that are on both sides of the steering rack. ordered replacements from Nissan, got it the next day and problem gone. hope that may help KJ
  17. if the article in Q is the UK tuner's STi Type 25, that is indeed based on a JDM STi Type-RA Spec-C (currently the quickest factory car in Japan, competition inc. Evos, GT-Rs, NSX-Rs, etc). Converted with the JDM 2.5 as mentioned above, would be an awesome combo. JDM and the rest of the world for now are sticking with the 2.0 boxer, which is a higher revving engine, feels more race-car like in my own opinion. The Type-25 has been reviewed by a few UK mags, very worthwhile read.
  18. give the guys at SSS Automotive a ring - one of the bosses has a GT-R with huge porsche brakes on them.
  19. chris32 - heheh i don't run 70 laps all in one go... 10-15 laps at a time, 5-7 sessions a trackday. Using Valvoline fully syn, car has run extremely reliably for over a year of about 15 trackdays inc 2 at Eastern Creek with very low knock readings (std 11 yr old engine with HKS 2530). Running a BEL Garage 19 row oil cooler and 3-core radiator.
  20. what color is the bonnet + condition? PM me, I'm interested
  21. after a really hard run, e.g. running 70 laps on a circuit over a whole trackday, the hydraulic lifters sometimes get a bit stuffed, which would also cause the funny idle. will usually go back to normal after a few days, or after a service. my own experience..
  22. mindflux - i will buy it. i have sent you a PM, please check and reply, thnx
  23. off topic - 2GU UP 2 : if you want to sell it, PM me
  24. i luv this little fella :werd:
