  1. PM me your number and I'll let you know when it's organized What turbos are they? What sort of power?
  2. Sold. Sellers regrets already
  3. Fu(k that's fast what power at the wheels was it on that run? Also is it still the 3037's? What sort of boost is it on? Cheers
  4. Hope you're ready to spend some coin. Taking a stock gtr, and building the motor, then upgrading all the other systems to handle a reliable amount of power to make it feel like it goes hard will cost at least $20k. It's definatly a choice you've got to really make seriously. As Ash said there's heaps of info on the forums, spend some time having a look around, good luck with it
  5. Hey guys, Still cleaning out the garage, found another piece of awesome gear ill not need in the future, so here it is for a quite reluctant sale. Location: South Sydney NSW Payment: Full payment to my bank account and i'll post them. Reason for sale: Was going to build another GTR, starting an Ultima CanAm instead. Shipment: Ill post once full payment clears into my bank account, price includes delivery Australia wide. Will be sent with registered and insured post. Tracking number will be supplied. Price: $460 delivered Australia wide, not neg. These cost me $600AUD a while ago when the Yen wasnt as strong as it is currently. Ive priced these VERY well, cheaper than you can get them from Japan, so the price is firm. The current price to buy these from Japan is $541 from RHDjapan (click on "Add to cart" and choose AUD currency); http://www.rhdjapan.com/hks-in-ex-valve-gu...-oversize-57384 Here's some pics; PM me, or post up here. Cheers
  6. Hahaha if you're thinking it can be bored out to 2.8, sorry to be the bearer of bad news but that won't happen. I guess you could technically call an 88mm bore a 2.7L use the 20thou, leaves you more rigidity and the ability of another rebuild in the future if anything bad was to happen
  7. I've got an awesome video camera ...
  8. Also Dave mine is going back on the rollers on Wednesday, big brakes will go on straightaway after the tune. Looking forward to it
  9. In. I just got back from Nasho, why not start at mine or Tonys (long way that is haha), then down to Waterfall and get on the Nasho, go over Seacliff bridge, up Bulli then the nice straight highway on the way back....? Any further and us E85 guys will need a few jerry cans in the back hahaha
  10. Yep stock manifolds. Mine are on stock manifolds. Also yes, 3L
  11. There's no need to bump the thread every few hours
  12. Nee-San, see if there are any built gtr's with those turbos you mentioned, in your area who have owners happy to take you for a spin some like the rush of a single in a straight line, other like more usable power delivery for corners/hills. It's a never ending debate, for example I tried a single, and while it was fun my car is mainly used for cornering sort of roads and the lag meant it was too slow. Switched to GTRS's and very happy, tuning hasn't finished and it's already at 400kw. Sure every now and then I have a craving for driving a single powered one (and luckily have friends that let me drive theirs), but overall very happy with the RS's as they're not too laggy (400kw @ 6000rpm), and have a nice smooth curve there's a lot of graphs in the dyno result thread in this area, that's definatly worth a read
  13. I'm sure tony will find this thread again soon, but he'll say the t88 isn't laggy at all. Only due to the gearbox he mentioned. Btw tony; lowmounts
  14. Are they all historic rego? Id like to know more about the pros and cons of doing that
  15. So, quite pissed the new rims havnt shown up
  16. Welcome to the dark side! You wont go back
  17. 600 sounds like a decent way out of the problem. N1 means crank collar aswel Jun and better are more again second hand rb20 could just fail aswel, so unless it was almost free I wouldn't touch it
  18. Oh, also it's a stock box in very good order....which I don't want to have to replace after a drag meet
  19. Hey all I've got an osgiken r3c triple plate in my gtr. Very happy with it's general feel, although I'll be going back to a NISMO twin once this triple is worn out. So, my question; I know solid centres aren't gearbox friendly, but on a hard launch (eg at a drag meet at WSID), just how unfriendly are these clutches? I'd like to take the car to WSID once the tune is finished. I'm more of a corners/hills sort of guy instead of drag but I'd like to do it once after the tune so I can say I gave it a go. It's got 400rwkw with lots more boost and ignition to come, so it's all expected to finish around 420awkw. I'm thinking it should do a 10??? Thanks!
  20. How much for the standard rb20 pump from a Nissan stealership? Tried SSS?
  21. Feel free to post up here before practice/track sessions, that way local Sydney siders can come along and take the pics for you
  22. More pics please. If you can include the damage that would be great. Where is it located? What sort of exhaust clearance does it have? Thanks
  23. Results edited BenM also I added the coveted Ginge award, don't know how I couldve forgotten about that one
  24. Looks like a ball of fun!
