    Guys I need to buy a box (heat shield) for my apexi pod to stop the pod from moving around as I think its causing my car to stall. I searched but cant find anywhere on this site... I remember one guy was selling them... Any help? Thanks.

    haha i like how u try and reframe it as to ur own advantage but yeh i fell in love with 2 door as i been driving 4 doors all my life prior and the car was a family one. now that i live alone and really only need it for a gf and myself... no need for 4 doors.

    Do unsecure pods mess around with AFM seeing as they bump the pod around? I have a brace around mine but it still moves about... may need a proper box for it... Opinions?

    my car now stalls on idle... im bout to change spark plugs (NGK iridium) but i figure my AFM is dirty... wanted to know how cheap they are. i know i should clean mine but im reluctant in opening it up... im actually really pissed off atm... bottomless money pit.

    Very responsive and smooth. I also drive an auto VS Commodore and you really cant compare the two... the auto on a commodore feels very heavy and rough...

    Check coils and spark plugs... my car does exact same thing, it struggles for lil bit then stalls... its much better now but I need to replace my spark plugs as coils seem fine and my fuel filter is fine too.

    Check all your hoses... esp near the fuel filter which is on the left hand side of youe engine...

    No in the manual it says to fill up the car prior to it coming even close to going dry... usually i think a quarter of fuel is a god indication to fill up. Anyway we going in circles, fill up prior the light coming up...

    Yeah but if im buying a commodore SS from I expect it to have a big V8 or at least a supercharged V6... not a puny NA v6... 12 K is wont get u a great turbo R33 S2 but it will at least get u decent NA.

    When did u get it? Any clauses if its from car yard? If u specifically asked for Rb25DE or DET engine then you got sold something else... id call department of fair trading and explain ur situation... cos seriously that sucks.

    With your english skills I see how you got fooled into buying a "new" car with an ancient engine... Im sorry but a VL has probably a newer engine that of yours... and my 96 skyline came with a RB25DET... Heres what its meant to look like: I suggest you go back and ask for your money back seeing as the guy sold you something other than what you wanted... its like hooking up with a chick who has a dick for pussy... totally wrong!!

    Read the manual... also my family friend mechanic told me not to run on empty...but i would like someone give an explonation for this...

    With my car I have a slight spluttering problem at times... so we inspected one of the coil packs and it was clean... the spark plug looked worn out though so we gonna change them this week. Gonna go for NGK...
