Yep, auto. A pro put it on. Anyway I took the aftermarket BOV off today and put on the stock BOV and then drove around the block... still stalled... at low rpm, around 40 km/h. Then we discnnected the battery for 5 mins to reset the ECU... all good, then I fanged it past 7000 RPM and stalled shortly after... I then drove for a few hours and no problems what so ever... except when i got home just before, I set the turbo timer on 3 mins and the car stalled after 2 mins on turbo timer... really wierd!! I dont know what to do, maybe its the pod also? Its unshielded! She never stalled before I put the BOV and pod on... whats a good way to tell if there is a leak... i think maybe a tune or ? Ill see how the car will behave over the next few days... then if still stalling i may put the stock air filter on... or get the guys to check it out at the shop.

Ever since i got a GFB Hybrid BOV installed with a pod it stalls... very frustrating as it also does it on the freeway. I have plumbed back the GFB (has full plumback feature) but the car still stalls... sometimes you even try to rev it and it just wont go past 3 000rpm... very annoying and can feel backfires (this was on full atmo setting). I will take off the GFB BOV tomor and fit my stock bov on... I hope this will fix it up... if not then perhaps the pod can also cause the car to stall??? its unshielded... so may need to fit the stock air box on. Can anyone shine some light on this?

BTW: My car stalled about 20 times yesterday... half of it was on a freeway!! I now got it full plumbed back... Mr Atmo BOV can f**k off.

If I was to get an electrician to do it how much would it cost to fit one to my R33? Cheers.

Ok ill share my experience. I was after the whole "uleh cool pshshhht noise" from an atmo BOV... after hearing my mates GFB Stealth FX. So I bought me a GFB Hybrid... it has 3 features, full atmo, 50 atmo 50 plumback (meant to stop stalling and overfuelling) and full plumback. So far Ive been driving with atmo setting and having quiet a number of stalls and backfires... it actually frustartes me greatly... so I will plumb it back to 50 50 and see if it improves. if not then I will plumb it back.

Na no light... where does the light come on? By the way I got 470 Kms out of my tank before I filled up... so in theory I could of pushed it till about 500 Km

I had nearly dry tank today and went to fill up a full tank at this BP servo... I figured it could easily take in about 60 litres... it came up to about 46 and then the petrol spilled onto my car and my runners (f**k i hate when that happens)... are u all sure it has 65? Or can the needle go past the lowest mark and still drive for another 5-10 litres? To add more shit to the story the guy at this servo seems to have a pole up his ass, he called me a "water waster" for spraying the water onto my car to remove petrol stains saying "it wont do anything", then had a go at me for not using my credit card properly... really rude asshole to tell u the truth... I mean he was aussie and not some indian guy who usually man these servos... i can see the "fun" in working late night hours in that shit hole... but seriously he looks like he needs to find another job...excuse my rant.. By the way its the BP on Bell St Pascoe Vale...across from Maccas.

Ok prior to filling up full tank last night I had: 400 KMs on the odometer and just a tad under one quarter of petrol left... so in theory I could of added an extra 30-50 KMs easy... taking it to a total of 450 KMs... mind you this is pushing the car every now and then, boosting it quiet often! I am now certain if I baby it then I could esily get 500+ out of my tank... and my car is R33 GTS-T S2... pod and atmo bov.

Thats pretty cool! I get about 400 when spirited driving and giving some stick... over 400 if taking it fairly easy.

Good point... that yellow "GTR" is a GTT to me in every way... do what that Pom did, take an R34, stick an RB26DETT in it... wolla...something close to GTR. But stay away from GTR badges... might as well put NOS stickers on it too and get plates 2F2F! bah!

Yes, mainly because people odnt fit alarms/immobolisers. Fit the above two (good stuff not cheapo crap) and add a club lock, also get full insurance cover, your laughing!
