  1. UPDATE Got rear susp bushes and arms all installed.. getting alignment tomorrow. Noticed that on the hoist that my front left tie rod was unthreading out the rack... wtf.. nigles offset spacer had come undone even tho its loktited and done up fkn tight in there... bloody lucky i caught it in time! got retune today... turns out straight on the rollers i was making 240 rwkw for G1's level of tune.... errrr shit! prob due to timing being out by 6 degrees due to removal and reinstallation of CAS even tho i marked it and put it back in the same spot... weird. anyway so ran it up. jeff did some fine tuning and sorted out some area's which i wanted improved and we picked up a shit load more torque and lowdown power. total power was 310 rwkw on 17 psi... safe as houses with a 12:1 AFR. goes goddamn hard now... so much better then the previous times i have driven it so should be a decent weapon soon once everything is sorted! STILL HAVE NO BRAKES GGGGGGGGGGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
  2. Bm44 is the stock s14 brake master. All brakes are stock s14/15
  3. yeah have checked the pushrot on the booster.. its adjustable also and i tried making it longer, no deal.
  4. i should also mention its an S14 with BM44 non ABS master and s14 brakes all round. Braided lines also
  5. Ok... been an on going issue withmy car since i built it up... i have a mega spongy brake peddle. long story short is that it wont come good no matter what i try and do. bled it every method under the sun. have no just rebuilt the master cyln so thats brand spanking new. brand new pads front and rear and its STILL no good. no fluid leaks anywhere, have checked all fittings and they are tight. HELP!
  6. I need a seal kit for my BM44 s14 master... any idea where i can get it from? pretty certain its my seals causing problems... i cant get the brakes to come good at all... bleed every method under the sun and its still spongy. took the bmc out and stripped it down on the bench... visably looks ok but the main piston feels shuddery and jerky when you push it all the way down... i have a spare BMC from another nissan abs tho, and it is smooth to push the cyln down. like it should be. so yeah. where can i get a seal kit from?
  7. retune this week...changed the gate spring and a few other little things... heres hoping for 320 ish rwkw this time round
  8. yeah theres no DA this year and last year was just one round.
  9. yet to drive with new rear stuff in as ive been waiting on the above ^^^ stuff to be finished... will report back on it soon tho!!
  10. got my shit back from ceramic coating.... looks the bomb! should work really well! they used to offer two colours... silver or black with black being rated higher temps... they now have changed it to both colours being rathed the same high temps so naturally i went the silver option because it looks cooler
  11. got my turbo back... its brand new! props to MTQ for fast turn around and cheaper then quoted. also got this mad article! http://www.driftkulture.com/?p=3090
  12. they are 380 from performance wise... you just paid autobarn tax
  13. I got asked to do a short interview on Drift Kulture blog... here it is for those who are interested. Article
  14. ive got them and holding up with 300 rwkw's worth of drift car...so far so good.
  15. engineering here is more so a joke. Costs upwards of $1500 to get it done... and more if they require additional testing. stew have you thought about just going track only? if you have two 32's u could make one a nice street car and the other a dedicated track car with no comprimise.
  16. bit of a set back now manifold is off being modded and also we're getting it ceramic coated.. also wanted to do turbing housing so i took that off and what i found was not pretty turns out something must have gone through it and turbine is damaged... kinda explains the lack of power also... also glad i caught it now rather then have it explode mid thrash! take note of the missing chunk!
  17. do i need to post pics of a 3076r in a 32 lowmounted with ex gate?? cause i willl.....
  18. mate its been done a few times now. no need to mod the ex housing for gate either, Call andrew from AM Performance and have a chat to him about mounting one and making an adaptor to suit your gate for you, he's based in golden grove. Call him on 0401 865 373
  19. anyone would be happy with this shot
  20. Got my derlin bushes and rear knuckle bearings in now... ended up doing them myself cause a few shops didnt want to touch them (derlins are very hard material and dont go in easy like poly bushes) had to press them in and use a vise to squeeze the knuckle bearings in. all in all shit loads better then the stock rubber shit so should be good to see how it goes! Massive thanks to Cazman for devoloping and manufacturing these parts. if your after some they are available through Cazman.

  22. short of the car burning to the ground while your in it thats pretty much the worst case senario there is hahaha sorry to hear about your mates luck... its true tho these ebay specials are not worth the scrap they are made out of....some ppl have sucess with them but i have had a few mates who have had them and die a short time after fitting.
  23. i had a feeling it would be around that... it isnt bad value at all when you consider those pumps are around 300 alone. all the fittings and solenoid not to metntion the electronics side of things start to add up quickly. im keen on a similar set up but its for a track car and not sure if a 3L tank would cut it.
