  10. The 20" Dell LCD is $1049 though, so I'd be paying extra to downgrade. No chance of that I'm afraid My momma didn't raise no idjits! You'd best be buying that 24" LCD in the next two days though, put it on credit card or something. Because it's going to go back upto $1500 on Friday!
  11. Hmmm... I actually have a brand new Dell 24" (2405FPW) that I bought about a few months ago on the bulkbuyer.com.au for $1250 delivered. It's been sitting in the box since I took delivery of it, and I've only JUST taken it out to use to setup my Media Centre. It's been turned on for a total of about 10 hours As ashamed as I am to admit it, I'm thinking that it might be a little too big for my desk. Interested? Make an offer
  12. I'm using Firefox 1.0.5.3, and there are no issues that I can see...
  13. Feel free to advertise them! The more car club events the better! But trying to disguise what is simply blatant advertising is what transforms it into dodgy spam
  14. Cold air. Think of a milk bottle when you take it out of the fridge. It forms condensation on the OUTSIDE, because the room temperature is much warmer than the cold milk. Same thing. You get fog on the inside of the windows because it's much warmer inside the car than the cold air outside. Turn on the air conditioning as cold as you can get it to quickly normalise the outside and inside temperature of the glass to get rid of the fog. Voila
  15. I hate that No-Fog/Fog-X/Never Fog stuff, because it leaves an oily film on the windscreen that makes it look dirty and hazey in the sunlight... and if you wipe all of the oily stuff off, then you've just wiped off the product and it does sh1t-all! I find just keeping the inside of the windscreen PERFECTLY clean and spotless is the best option. Then 10 seconds with a blast of hot air demists it quick as a flash! When your windscreen is dirty though, it takes AGES to demist the glass.
  16. You "just found this on a toyota forum" and decided, that after 2 posts that you should share this with us? Althought I doubt you'll ever log onto SAU again to check this thread, there's no need to disguise blatant and frankly not-too-intelligent plugs for other forum dyno days mate
  17. I have no idea what the hell you're talking about

  21. Biatch, There's a place in the same complex as UAS that does custom carbon fibre work... They were working on this 100% carbon fibre body race car the last time I dropped by. The guy is very eccentric, but he does amazing work. He made custom sized sheets for this exact application for me a few years ago... Very cheap too. From memory I got him to do 3 layers of carbon (ended up being about 3mm thick and BLOODY STRONG), and a gloss top coat in double-din size, and it cost me about $30-40. Can't remember the shop number, but I think the guy's name was Alan. John will remember the guy if you ask him.
  22. Geez.... You're not shy, are you?
