  1. Been getting more and more PM's about when another group buy is gonna be on for these items from the last one... so I'm gonna be organising it while I have a little free time on my hands. These are the kits discussed here: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...showtopic=61207 The previous group buys I've done for these are here: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...showtopic=66908 and here: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...showtopic=74872 Prices are as follows (I've posted the prices depending on how many we get... eg if at the end of the group buy, I only have to order 1 EBC, then it'll be more expensive than 3 EBC's etc). All prices include GST. Independent Electronic Boost Controller http://www1.jaycar.com.au/productView.asp?ID=KC5387 RRP - $80 Group Buy Prices: 1 to 2 - $62 3 to 4 - $58 5 plus - $53 Digital Fuel Adjuster http://www1.jaycar.com.au/productView.asp?ID=KC5385 RRP - $80 Group Buy Prices: 1 to 2 - $62 3 to 4 - $58 5 plus - $53 Hand Controller for Digital Adjusters http://www1.jaycar.com.au/productView.asp?ID=KC5386 RRP - $60 Group Buy Prices: 1 to 2 - $48 3 to 4 - $43 5 plus - $40 RS232 (Parallel Port) Connecting Cable Computer Lead for Controller - 1.8m http://www1.jaycar.com.au/productView.asp?ID=WC7502 RRP - $8.35 Group Buy Prices: 1 to 10 - $6 10 plus - $5 Intelligent Turbo Timer http://www1.jaycar.com.au/productView.asp?ID=KC5383 RRP - $45 Group Buy Prices: 1 to 2 - $35 3 to 4 - $33 5 plus - $30 Digital Pulse Adjuster http://www1.jaycar.com.au/productView.asp?ID=KC5384 RRP - $80 Group Buy Prices: 1 to 2 - $62 3 to 4 - $58 5 plus - $53 Performance Electronics for Cars - Silicon Chip Publications http://www1.jaycar.com.au/productView.asp?ID=BS5080 RRP - $20 Group Buy Prices: 1 plus - $19 (w00t!) If there's anything else from Jaycar that you'd like to add to your order ask and I'll get a price for you. Please reply with what you'd like in this thread, and feel free to ask any questions. In the past group buy guys have also ordered soldering irons and solder etc, which you'll need to put these kits together. Please post which item you'd like, and what quantity. I'll set the cutoff for this group buy for the 17th of September (that's 2 weeks from now). I found that shipping cost is around $10 across australia for a parcel post pack that holds most of these items. If you're in Sydney, then you can pick it up from me at a meet or something like that if you want to save on the shipping costs. As soon as you reply with item name and quantities I'll PM you guys payment details and costs (you should be able to add them up yourself from the costs I've posted, but I'll PM you a total to confirm). I'm closing this group buy on Sunday so I can put the order in first thing on Monday and hopefully have them shipped to you by Tuesday, for arrival by Friday... I hope. Deadline extended to the 1st of Oct
  2. so I move to sydney and you're already kickin up a stink about me? Nigga got a buspass bitches.

  5. anodize it? there's a huge thread already about paint on radiators/intercooler and heat dissipation. maybe you might get some info out of that.

  7. there's a company in melbourne that does the entire thing for around $170 for plush, in any colour you want out of their range.
  8. Hmm I guess having been arrested dosen't help.
  9. mitsubishi colt gheyvolution turbo with chromies FTW. 1.5L turbo with a 5 year warranty.
  10. i used a set of long nose pliers to take the clips off... but mine had some double sided tape on em as well, so had to use a blade to get that off.
  11. they've got lots of guys and girls in the UK. They're easier to find than guys in Australia... at least they don't have kangaroos over there to confuse the issue. Hehe Your best bet would be to take it to a tuning house like Apexi or Signal which now have pretty strong ties in the US with local workshops, and have them come up with a tried n tested method of getting what you want for the purpose you want.
  12. at the police impound yard from what I heard.
  13. cover all electricals... then give it a fine spray of this stuff called "shift it" which you can get from most auto shops like homobarn and crapco. Make sure you don't get it on your paint as it sorta eats into clearcoats. leave it on there for a couple of minutes then douse the f**ker with a highpressure water hose. make sure you wash off excess etc. goes from filthy to clean in minutes.
  14. track down the guys in the UK that bought this thru us... ask them for a list of parts. Replicate. Done. summary: http://www.j-spec.com.au/list/3899 pics: http://www.j-specimports.ca/pics/3899

  20. prices start at $500 and go upwards from that. Plus you might need to carry out structural strength/vulnerability testing, collision simulations etc. Then there's the fact that the FMIC can alter emissions, and for that you need an EPA engineers cert... and that's big bucks
  21. i didn't change shit.... that was teh eveel baron's handiwork. besides... i'd rather be in love with corrine than with you.

  24. you can buy some fandangly bov's from turbosmart that go from atmo to plumbback at the twist of a knob... altho the cops/epa couldn't give a shit if its at plumb back they'll still defect you for it. also keep in mind atmo bov's are more prone to make your car stall.
