  1. yeah spacing was an issue for a while... never actually got sorted... its an easy fix. i'll sort it out when i do the email subject hack as well... won't be for a week or so till i get broadband at the new place in syd though.
  2. i was thinking of using a towing dolly instead of a trailer more recently, that way i don't have to worry about the weight balance etc, and also its cheaper at $400 for a brand new unit compared to a trailer. Only issue might be front bar having to be removed each time i tow the 86, and also i'll have to go a little slower than with a trailer. I'll also have to worry about the 86's wheels turning too i guess.
  3. well, sad to say but can't do it any more because the paint booth was just pulled down for a bigger one... so it'll be out of action for a month, in whcihc time i'll be in syd. well, i'm in syd now, so gimme a can of aerosol and i'll help ya paint it
  4. that's odd... its changed back to the old one. Prank! I call shenanigans!
  5. i think he means the big ones on the front, not repeaters. Do a search, this has been covered, recovered and re-recovered numerous times. search for "clear indicators" or +clear +indicators
  6. they're pics that aren't .jpg or .png or .gif. Dynamic pics were always disabled afaik as they're usually a security issue.
  7. in front of the radiator? that's where mine lives, but I got an aftermarket one.
  8. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...showtopic=53353 They're "Infinity" brand R32 headlights (which I think Autostyle got on one of the cars they imported and then adopted it as their trademark headlight). I had a pair a few years ago and found that they were worse than regular headlights. The mounts themselves are flimsy... unless autostyle have improved on the design of the headlight I'd advice against em.
  9. new site icon created... w00t for transparent images.
  10. lol it took me 20 mins to make that and an hour for it to start getting annoying. I'll balete it and put the old one back.
  11. haha I own an AE86... so I'm allowed to give shit to people who go for the panda look All in jest though but if I had a white car I'd be makin it look like this hotness: http://www.e-na.co.jp/modelwake/img/prd/dx/4968279470626.jpg Patlight australia can supply you with one of these for the added authenticity:
  12. what if the car's wheels has lugnut covers? hehe R32 GXi = 1.8l dizzy driven CA18i SOHC engine R32 GTE = 2.0L RB20E SOHC engine These two were pretty much poverty spec cars, meant to ferry families around on the cheap. R32 GTS = 2.0L RB20DE DOHC engine This was the top of the range N/A you could get, still had 4 stud hubs, but had the same drivetrain as the GTSt, which is a lot stronger. R32 GTSt = 2.0L RB20DET DOHC turbo engine Turbo version of GTS R32 GTS4 = 2.0L RB20DET DOHC turbo engine AWD GTSt, sorta like half a GTR and half a GTSt and the R32 GTR. R33 had a similar model structure, although the poverty model was only available as an RB20E.
  13. you bought a 4 door just so you could stay in this section didn't cha? didn't cha? if you were in melb I'd ask you to bring the car around to give it a spray in the paint booth to cover up that nasty paint fade.
  14. yeah, I'm a bit concerned about the ceffy being RWD and towing a car. Might have to end up using the R32 as its AWD... both of them are RB20's though... plan is to run it at extremely low boost when towing. Its easy enough to get a prefabbed on from NZ so I might not bother getting a custom one made up in oz. Its a bonus that the tow ball is removable, so I don't have to worry about it looking fugly.
  15. yeah true... its more like a AWD bluebird than an R31. Very cool idea. Bit of a beyotch to do, you'd have to fabricate new chassis rails to accomodate front axles etc.
  16. The reason this security alert comes up is because of an exploit used on IE. This utility released by Norton (antivirus software developers) can be used to disable windows scripting... if at any time you find that you need windows scripting enabled (if one of your apps won't work) you can use the same utility to re-enable it. http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/noscript.exe Its recommended that you turn off scripting so that no malicious websites or people can force your browser to download and run trojans/worms.
  17. they're nested under fusion registry prank... make them standalone skins.
