the plastic rectangular jig is broken in the cable. I am resorting to replacing the cable and the plastic jig in one go. Hopefully this should see the speedo come back to life. I am astounded by the amount of people who are having the same problem. I will take happysnaps of the process for those who want to do it themselves.

why? For the heartache, stress and $$$ by a shitter. Sure you wont look cool in a KB laser but when you get a gtr it will be worth it. Modding a GTS/4 can be fun but not worth the money. Save cash, invest it in a high interest bank account. When the time is right it will be way worth the wait. non-turbo r32s are a waste of time.

I to have also snapped the plastic jig that goes between the cable and cluster. It is wedged in the cable good and tight. Hopefully i can get it out so I dont have to replace the entire cable. The car is due over the pits by Wednesday. Might have to replace the cluster and the cable. Lets hope not.

although lickied i will be back to partake. The pig should be a little cleaner to. If the cops show up I will just leave the car, it will be licked again for "modifacations" or I will arrange a tow truck and call in sick for work the next day.

17 hidden cameras? wtf. Yellow sticker for faulty horn and tyre diameter being to large (40mm difference between front and back). I think I will refrain from attending cruises of this size and calibre again.
