People have been trying to bring it in for many many years, wont happen atm due to the looming gfc they are predicting, infact it may never happen due to people saying that all it will do is make it harder for the poor.

From a spectators point of view that was by far the worst event i have ever been to, one shitty little grand stand and then every where else you had to look through a fence trying see to past pit lane with the tents set up and over concrete walls, mean while on the other side of the track where the commentators were standing were hundreds of grand stand seats with a perfect view of all the action but they were not being used, 100% pathetic effort from a spectators stand point, will not be going back next time unless they use the track seating or set up more properly arranged grand stand seating.

Another thing to check the wastegate is to hook a stiff spring to the flapper arm and hook it to some where else so the wastegate wont open, take off the vac line and block the end, take it for a spin being very carefull not to over boost and watch the gauge, if it does the same as that graph then its not your wastegate, if it does then you have found the problem.

This one is from a CA; This one is from and L18: CA seems to be a crossflow head and L18 isnt, that would kill that theory right there, the ports dont look like they are close, i dont think they would match.

Depends who you go to, most places i have been to do it that too, its more so you get more time to fix stuff, you have 14 or 28 days if they fill out the proper rwc paperwork, if they just give you a piece of paper and fill the rwc paperwork on your final inspection there is no time limit. Also beware of getting 2 rwc's where the paper work has been filled out on the first inspection, i know of one person who got a call from vic roads because they wanted to inspect his car assuming that the second one was dodgy.

I would like to see some laws they have in states brought in here, like if you and another person go to some ones house to rob them and you mate kills them bad luck, you were there, you participated and you did nothing to stop the whole situation so you get charged with murder as well, same as drink driving, i know a few people who dont mind getting in a car with someone who they think may be over the limit, if thats the case you get the same as the drivier, maybe next time the passenger might think twice and talk his mate into taken a cab. The second time was going through a round about i gave the car shit, he pulled me over asked me if i knew why he pulled me over i said yes and i know im going to get dicked for it, his instant reply was maybe not you passed the attitude test, he then came back handed me my license back and told me not to do stupid shit the car draws enough attention with out. So basically nex time im going to toss a coin before he comes to my window and see if lady luck is on my side.

Last time i got dicked was for being too low, spoke to the guy whilst he did the rwc and asked him about adjustable coil overs and how much suspension travel is legal, was told it does not matter if there adjustable and the only rule for travel was that there needs to be some lol, mine is pretty stiff and he had no issues with it, unfortunately he does not do rwc's much any more he just does import compliancing. And as everyone else stated, getting a dodgey is extremely hard these days, gotta know someone, and if some one does know someone there not passing it onto a random on a forum.
