  1. it comes already with preset EQs, but i think you can tune it as there are empty slots in the EQ setting screen.
  2. On my dad's gtst, we have a turbo-timer that has an inbuilt volt-meter that is preset to warn in below 11volts or over 15 volts. then recently on starting up, the volt indicator would go up to very high limits of 14volts.....any press on the throttle would result it going up even further up into the 15 volt limit. And it'll just stay around 15.2-15.7volts throughout the trip. Is the batterty overcharging for some reason? Or is the alternator rooted? All other instruments seem to work fine...although the only other thing i noticed was the headlights sometime seem to flicker slightly on startup. Hope i made sense. Anybody has experienced this? thanks:)
  3. It just occured to me the other night that i noticed the seatbelt icon on my dash(little dude with the seatbelt-on sign) doesn't come on anymore... cos normally when the driver's side seatbelts aren't buckled in the icon will light up etc etc....now nothing at all.... Anyone had this happen to them? Any ideas what's going on? thanks;)
  4. just as long as the muffler doesn't have 'Milo' or Nescafe' written on the sides:bahaha:
  5. there's no definate right or wrong answer dude. just go for the best money for value deal you can find.(No dodgy fart-cans please)
  6. errr:confused:......so what's with the drag strip's surface that gives us slower times? extra slippery?:burnout:
  7. depends on how deep is your pocket really.... gains from a jap-branded exhaust and a well-crafted local product is negligible. only thing i found that made me favour the japanese-branded exhaust systems are their quality of their mufflers....best if you can get a jap muffler and get the rest of the piping work done here... not sure what floats your boat, N1 'cannon' style? You want it loud? Or quiet... personally i would go for anything Fujitsubo:D
  8. is that some kinda joke?? looks like the typical car from those Auto cough*RICE*cough Salon shows.....
  9. spooky...American rice on a car with japanese plates.....i know the Japs embrace American culture but this is just getting ridiculous
  10. sorta leaves you with two options, get it painted...or just simply learn to live with it..... depends on how deep/severe the scratch is anyway...but as i've said, some people just learn to continue driving it as always....
  11. more demand for Sh*t-vics in Japan leaves more GT-Rs for us...
  12. i think most panel shops charge by how many panels you do ie: you can't do half a panel....sorta like how much paint they'll need.. i remember once my friend's car got scratched up, some dick left 1 small deep scratch on EACH panel!!
  13. hmm....so 'S' would mean "Street"? OR, 'M' = Man 'S' = Sissy:bahaha: no offence to the NA boys.....
  14. I'm pretty sure it's different:uh-huh: not just the material of the plastic, but the whole surround of the stereo/aircon/demist&hazard buttons is raised as opposed to flat on the series 1s
  15. the dash material is different(has a rough sandy finish) the seat material is different Airbag wheel/passenger airbag
  16. it'll be funny if a cop trys to give it a yellow...... cop to the driver: "looks like you're all suited up mate...ya going racing or sumthing? pop the bonnet please":D
  17. does anyone know are those rally cars allowed to be driven on the roads here? Saw a fully rally-style stickered up my03 WRX(with the roof scoop too), mud-flaps, enlarged bonnet scoop etc etc... go past on Albany 2day....didn't occur to me until i thought of the whole rally event.
