  1. Just sent one. It weighed 9kgs packaged including compressor outlet and actuator.
  2. Pics of the rb20 crossover pipe
  3. I've also noticed that the GTRS is a fair bit different on the rb and sr, dont know whether that applies to the earlier models like the 25 series though
  4. Yeah, if you have the sender to suit the aftermarket guage then you shouldn't have a problem. Just need to figure out where you can tee it in.
  5. depends what mood the stock guage is in. if it is working properly it is generally a bit above the 4bar line
  6. That engine looks pristine. Good price too. Good luck with the sale. If it had been 2 months ago i would have bought it off you. Free bump
  7. There is a bit of adjustment on the throttle body closed position, check that it hasn't been messed with maybe?
  8. If it has an aftermarket ecu the light load tuning could be out.
  9. Put the exhaust housing in the vice and tap on the back of the compressor housing with a rubber mallet. Worked for me. Just make sure you rotate the turbo and pop it off evenly or you could bend/crack the turbine wheels if the housing comes off at an angle due to the tight clearences.
  10. Aftermarket ones are fairly universal but you have to use a matching sender if they are electronic. My senders also have the same thread as the factory oil pressure guage making it easy to tee into the factory point for a signal.
  11. The position of the belt on the tensioner and crank pulley looks correct from what i can make out. Mine sat exactly the same way on the rb25 when i swapped the belt. Silly question, but which way have you installed the plate that sits infront of the crank pulley, curving away from the belt? As it really only acts as a guide to make sure the belt doesn't slip forward and so i assumed it should be a pretty close fit.
  12. Mine haven't been modded and the low beams switch off whne the highs go on. Never had an issue with it for rego either.
  13. I've recently completed an rb20-25 swap in my r32 and with an aftermarket gauge found that the RB25 runs an additional 10psi at 3000rpm, around 60psi total. 3000rpm is 5th gear 110kms.
  14. Have you changed the correction value in the main setup screen to suit the bigger injectors? That shold be enough to get it running but it will still need some tweeking in the Airflow adjustment map and additional injection map to have it running properly as different types of injectors flow different amounts at the same duty. Cheers Dave
  15. Thats a nice result. Stock turbo and injectors?
  16. Heres mine post conversion, still need to tidy up a bit of the wiring.

  18. Mine does exactly the same thing, it's just more audible on hot days for some reason, Walbro as well It's just the fuel pump speed control. The speed drops at idle as the power feed to the pump gets dumped through the big resistor near the ps reservoir when ever your foot isn't on the throttle and the car isn't moving
  19. Heres some pics for you. Its from an R32 GTSt late model Let me know if you want any more Cheers Dave
  20. Here you go. Let me know if want any more pics. I also have another one thats on the engine atm. Cheers Dave
  21. It will bolt straight up if you have one of the later model rb20 engines. The earlier engines have different size banjos on the water lines i think. The compressor outlet is different but i will supply the rb25 one cos i'm such a nice guy. Postage to adelaide is about 25 bucks but i'll have to confirm with Aus Post. Cheers Dave
  22. Unfortunately the stock actuator controls the low boost setting. You could manually disconnect it from the wastegate, then youd have pretty much no boost. Or you can take it easy in the wet, it's not particularly hard as the stock boost response isn't that harsh and so easily controlled. Plus you get used to what the car will do in the wet for when you wind in some boost
