While true it is highly suspect at that price, from what HKS t15r has written it would seem that the vehicle was still bought under false pretences. Your mechanic should have no qualms testifying about the oil being used to cover up the engine noise, and the seller telling you false information you just might have something to work with. look on the bright side, if you do end up paying 6,000 odd grand for the engine but the rest of the car is in good nick you haven't come out of it too bad, decent examples still fetch around high teens-20k+ just the hassle of getting the engine fixed. Get the car checked thoroughly to identify any potential problems in future

Play tag with the ricer lancer coupe I always see when I head to the city in peak hour traffic. Always tries to get in front of me, even when he does we end up back in the same place anyway because of traffic lol

Not really pointless IMO as it shows how much a step forward in performance from the factory the R35 is, by comparing it to well regarded and tuned examples of former models I've watched the DVD and at the end tsuchiya makes the remark that the r35 was faster in the corners, just the long straight was what kept the tuned cars in front

ahaha What's wrong with the w/s? Both my R33 and R34 happened to have the smoked w/s when I bought them so I never really had a say in the matter, they were in good condition so I left them on I like 'em!

I normally wouldn't have bothered posting but just nicked me when someone asking a genuine question, gets people's opinions or negative comments on the matter, not constructive at all. Not that it's any of my business but I'm sure Tyson's original post was purely asking where he could get a decent set of neons for his pride and joy, not asking for people's comments expressing their opinions about it. Fair game if the original post read along the usual lines of "What do youz doodz fink of teh neonz, will it boost my rep multiplier by 11TY" Not wanting to be the fun police on purpose here, I just know we have it in us not to stoop to boostcruising.com levels *shudders* Hope it all works out for you tyson, any colour you had in mind?

Don't know if this will help... Here's a pic of my old r34, you can just make out the edge of the plate cover, these are the plastic ones I pinched when I was working for a dealership and they clip around the plate rather than just sit on top with clips. Don't know the size of the spacer, but it JUST fit on the edges of the reverse lights with the cover and still sat well inside the bar, looking nice and factory. I used white slimlines which are exact size as your metallic I'll try to find a pic I haven't completely covered the plate PS. I too bought euro plates for my new car only to find they wouldn't fit properly, but I went macguyver on it's ass and fabricated a custom plate bracket, wouldn't look as well on an r34 though unfortunately

Already finished the main quests yesterday lol and I'm not a heavy gamer. The dog is awesome. bit short, even though it felt twice as long as the first fable. game world is superb. Oh well, was a good time killer until fallout 3

Yeah, shame I was working today. I'm picking mine up tomorrow. No more sleep for me for awhile at least

Thanks for all the comments guys, definitely feel welcome now My only criticisms are the weight, I know with today's car building and the options list it comes with some weight was inevitable. and tooo quiet! the exhaust piping is the size of a straw lol. lots of potential waiting to be opened up

I'd have to see it in person before I can make a final judgement. it may grow on me, I wan't a fan of the 350z when it came out but I ended up loving it after seeing them in the flesh From the spy video the front looks so aggressive, like it's gonna take a bite out of the car in front, kind of reminds me of a pihrana From picture on the link the side view is all over the place and doesn't look all that cohesive, but again probably works better in person. But more positives than negatives so far. Should've went back to circle headlights if they really wanted to go back to the 240z styling

Was one of them a greyish blue? I saw it on Quakers hill parkway a while back, silver one was at my old workplace when they first came out. In the city a white Lambo LP460? Had 3 triangles that lit up in the tail lights. Very nice
