All automotive part makers need ADR approval before selling an item to fit to a road registered car as a legal part... No there is not a company that tests stuff call "ADR" but the maker needs to supply test information to get an ADR approval... Been there done that Worked part time as a kid in dads shop I think I only got like 20cents a day, ripoff.
