  1. The car's physically longer than a coupe by about 30cm, the exhausts aren't the same. Bez - I'd really really appreciate borrowing it if I could. Did you say it was a GT-T exhaust rather than a GT? I'm guessing the turbo exhausts would be different to N/A.
  2. As much as that sounds like a good idea, I still need to drive it for the next few months while I'm waiting for a Cube to land, be complied, rego'ed, etc. I've got a loan to bridge the gap in the meantime. But yes, it will be for sale as soon as the car lands. I shouldn't have too much trouble selling it, there's a lot of people offering to buy it already. She's a good car.
  3. Not plenty that look exactly how I want for the price I'm willing to pay I've only been searching seriously for a couple of weeks. Alas, I have found almost exactly what I want at auction and am bidding on it tomorrow. Wish me luck. I'll post some photos if I'm successful
  4. As some of you may have read, my Skyline got EPA'ed. To my ears it's not that loud, but to the EPA's it's 96dB on back-off. I'd like to try and get it cleared next weekend if possible as I'm planning to sell the car in about 3 months time. Does anyone have a full stock exhaust for an R34 GT-T 4 Door that I could borrow just for next weekend to pass the test? I'll return it straight away
  5. The notice has arrived
  6. Want Cuuuuuuuube
  7. haha I almost decided on a Cube today, but a few things about it didn't seem right. My search continues. Want Cube now.
  8. Already given my feedback to Ben, he can pass it on if he likes
  9. Ouch
  10. Thanks, but I've already paid J-spec their broker fee. I'm also after one pretty specifically so I'm waiting for one that suits my criteria to come up.
  11. Shan - search function on J-spec is shizen, especially when I'm spending at least 4 hours a day on there at the moment
  12. Indeed. I've wanted one for the last two years. Instead of continually obsessing over them I'm going to buy one. Oh yeah Negatory. They're overpriced and have no personality whatsoever. My Cube will cost half that (and much less to run.) It'll be better than what I daily drive now as far as comfort and fuel economy go. It'll also be more practical and easier to park. I'm honestly just madly in love with them. Can't wait until Ben (J-spec) or I track down exactly the example I'm chasing. It could be a few weeks before exactly what I want pops up, but I'm sure it will. There's thousands upon thousands for sale.
  13. hehe
  14. A Cube
  15. I think I'll import another car. Skyline will be for sale later in the year
  16. Wait until you've been driving for a while and you'll change your view on that.
  17. I'm looking at Cubes very closely at the moment. Think I'll keep an eye on the auctions for what I want to pop up. I posted in your thread on JDMST chef
  18. hehe
  19. Yeah, I've never been pulled over in my Skyline either, the only trouble I've fun into was my EPA notice a few weeks back but that was unavoidable as they were pulling absolutely every car in, regardless of what it was.
  20. I know the person that owns the car you were looking at.
  21. And we need better road surfaces before that could even be considered.
  22. I've been passenger at the drags in a 10 second car, there's no feeling like it. Unless it's changed passengers were always allowed at Heathcote.
  23. Oh so that was my problem
  24. Eh, I don't cruise these days. I'm getting old
  25. I've hardly seen any police this weekend. Even less than usual. Odd.
