Are you going through Ryde? Apparently we are sleeping friday night at the apartment so wont be on the Northern beaches. What if I park on the side of the rd near the Maccas on monavale rd (ryde). Will you be passing there on the way?

The last time we met there we parked in the supermarket carpark behind the servo/maccas etc. Its very very close to the intersection of forest rd and warringah rd. Take the first left (where the servo is) and again take the first left to arrive in the carpark. I dont think there will be enough room near maccas or the servo.

I'll come too Brendan since i've taken the day off work for the now can'd driver training day. It will have to be a lot early than midnight as i'll be doing a lot of driving all day Saturday.

I'll be on the northern beaches then so i'll join you. Car is in today for a major service to make sure nothing can go wrong mechanical wise. I can only blame myself if i stuff up. Envy Imports is also kindly letting me borrow a helmet for the day so i'm set. Let me know what time your leaving and i'll try not to be late this time.

What presure should i be running in my tyres pete? If i cant borrow a set of ratty rims and tyres from the workshop I take my car to, i'll just have to use the tyres i've got on the car now and buy a new set after.

I ended up going to Wollongong for you to pick up the turbo yesturday, its sitting in my car now. I've got my car in for a service tommorow and will be working back late. I'll PM you and organise something so we can get you back on the road ASAP. Do a lot of research before jumping in and buying the wrong turbo - I hope lending you the turbo will give you more time to think it over and get a good price at the right workshop.

I prepaid all 3 stages Brendan and i've also prepaid payed pete for the Saturday drift day. I'd love to do another day with Aaron if I have a car.

Exactly right Brendan. We both have lost money on the standard turbo -> high flow -> larger turbo. I'm heading down to woolongong to pick up the turbo for you today Brad. You can run your 12 or 15psi no worries on this turbo and it bolts straight up. If i were going to spend money on a turbo i'd at least get a 2530. Good luck, get in contact with me if/when you want to grab the turbo off me. I'm on the northern beaches.

I've now got my old high flow if you need to borrow it until you get enough $$ together for something bigger and better. I'll PM you Brad.

I dont feel like reading. What sort of pressure should we be running in our tyres next friday? i'll be running on 7psi so it will be interesting to see if ash can beat me.

If its a straight line, id probably win. Seeing that this is a race track, you would win because i'm not use to high speed especially around corners

Doughboy on these forums may help you out of your pickle with a nice turbo, I got my turbo from him and he was a true gent. Do a bit or research on what power/lag compramise you want and go for it. Unfortunatly things start getting quite expensive after 200kw if you do a proper job. or.... you can buy my car

I gave my high flowed standard turbo to red-gtst on these forums to get it checked out before he buys it for $600. He said its in top condition - only did about 5k km at 0.85bar. Its yours if he doesnt want it and you do. I've got a HKS 2530 and I love it but ive heard the max you can get is about 250rwkw. With this turbo i dont feel lag.
