Does anyone have any information about this accident outside the Sands hotel on Pittwater Rd, Narabeen? I heard that at just before 11pm a R33 skyline was belting along pittwater rd at high speed, locked the brakes for about 70m and hit and killed a padestrian. Apparently there were more cars involved driving at high speed and were detained by police at the scene. They didnt like it so i've heard rumours that they complained that they were kept so long. On my ritual Saturday morning drive along pitwater rd to Maccas at 5:45am this part of the road was blocked by police tape and poilce were directing traffic off pittwater rd an onto a quiet side street adjacent to the beach. condolences to the family and friends of the person who was hit. All the guys at work were a bit shaken since they were having drinks at the Sands after work on that day. I hope none of the members of this site were involved.

We go way back. I was just being silly. I did meet a nice female near Manly the other day in a s1 gtst. I had a quick chat to her at the light just before the roundabout near Envy imports. Unfortunatly she didnt want to buy my car. ...while we are on the subject of spotting skylines, I saw a maroon R33 gtst with carbon bonnet with number plate UFO888 go past narabeen today. For some reason I thought of Neil.

At work we make the spare parts catalogue for GM which includes this car. From memory they had the LS1 and LS5 engine options.

Sorry Gig, these photos went down the the ship. The memory card on the camera after taking more pics of the card yesterday is broken. I located the card on the camera, removed it, put it back, but no luck. I hope i didnt break the camera because its not mine and cost her $2k ;(

I really dont know, they were on the car when I chose it at auction in Japan. They are the stock Gtt rims (R34 rims). They look a lot nicer than the stock gtst ones plus they are 17". I'll post a pic of each rim if you like. you'll notice that the green stuff brake pads give off a lot more brake dust compared to the original pads.

On the 20th the car will be on the hoist so pics of under the car are possible. footage (video) of my car at the latest driver training with Aaron from automotion may be possible if Dale or one of the other guys who had a video camera is willing to publish it on the net.

You have standard pistons which means i'd have spend about $5k to replace them with forged items. This includes replacing the head gasket, pulling the engine out of the car, purchasing the pistons etc. I'd also have to get some aftermarket injectors to replace your standard ones while also replacing your ECU with a powerFC or similar. AFMs will need replacing if I get the car tuned properly at higher boost. Let your Dad know that i'll offer $32k for it if the clutch is not too much of a pain.

The car currently has done 87,515km and is registered until July 2004. The above K's were correct just before Christmas on the day I posted this in the for sale section. Since then I did a trip to the 'gong on christmas day and is just over 88k from memory.

Very nice. Looks expensive. Aaron made special mention of the evos on the skid pad, he basicly said they were the best car hes had on the skid pan. Nice story you posted earlier too.

yep, i'm happy with my profec-B. boost levels are kept relatively even after hitting full boost.
