Ok, I would probably say skylines in first, then if we're short on numbers invite some supra guys. A club contribution of 5$ sounds reasonable to me. That would make it 55$ for a dyno run. That would include the supra guys paying as well. At the moment it looks like we have six or so. Will draw up a list later to see who's in and out and post it up.

I'd say first priority goes to skylines but if some supras want to attend as well, it would be a good idea.

Ok at this stage will set a date for Saturday Morning 8th of March (maybe open to the 9th if enough people are interested.) Will start at 10am, better to have it at that time, as cooler temps. Not really good to do it in the arvo. So Speak up if your in or out. For either days that weekend. If I don't have at least 10 by next monday its off, as the minimum is ten, alternatively I can try and arrange something with autotech, but that is 2wd only.

Ok talked again to esp we do need at least 10 cars for this. ESP ideally needs 4 weeks notice before the dyno day, best to start at 10am or earlier, can do either on Saturday or sunday. So at this stage if theres enough interest would be sometime in march. I need genuine interest and whether your available sat or sunday early march. Don't know much about ESP apart from their dyno being awd. Some other people have been there before, maybe able to tell people more about them.

Well it looks like theres 9 interested parties for ESP. I will give them a call next week probably to see if I can sort out a date. Need at least 10 for this they said. If theres not enough then it wont go ahead. Any people got dates that wont work for them?

Nice, is the GTR retired to show status? Finally no more people asking what you are doing with it on the track lol.

I am a bit of a wuss when it comes to driving in the wet perhaps So maybe ill pluck up the courage next time . I am starting to get interested in another skidpan, although I swore I wouldn't after cleaning my car for marques last year lol.

Yeah up to everybody, just rang ESP, 50$ for a dyno run, minumum 10 cars. I normally run my gts4 on the autotech dyno in 2wd mode, but of course its a 32. So post your serious interest. At least 5-7 for autotech or 10 for ESP CeJay - Autotech or ESP. edit forgot to mention that, but did say someone from SAU put me on to them.

Called Ed quickly at Autotech, looking at at least 5-7 people for a dyno day, Around 50$ a vehicle, maximum 15-20 cars. May be able to make a few alternations on our cars while on the dyno too. Now I'd have to ring back and confirm dates and the charge, but this is a guide. I've had a run on the dyno there before, and they are a great bunch of guys. So post up the interest for Autotech or I can ring ESP if someone has their number. I'm really only after a run to see the basic tune for my car at the moment, will be then getting a new remap done, and dyno the car in a few weeks time.

Well I do remember you telling me how quickly you can munch your tyres at a track day, don't want to wipe our the Goodyears with a few trackdays anyway have to think if I want to get involved.

Just wondering if theres any interest in having another dyno day? As I need a dyno run myself. Would be a good get together too. If not will book in one afternoon myself. Dyno day is booked for the 8th of March 9am. I just need to go in and have a chat to the guys. Will need to confirm how many r33 gtrs are taking part, as they take a while to setup. Also if other people are interested, rexes take some time, so too many of them are not too good. Looking at a max of 30 cars, don't think we'll reach that many though lol. Cost will be 50$ + 5$ donation to sau. Just a note to all. All money will be payed to ESP on the day, won't be passing through my hands. 5$ is an appreciated donation so to speak. Just with all this PL stuff nowadays want to cover myself. I will be going through the list later, but ALL R33 GTR's will be grouped together (if we have multiples), due to what ESP has to do to get them running on the dyno On the dyno day note. Just out of curiosity how long did they have your car when they engineered it? I know your case would be different to mine. But would like to get a rough idea, of how long I can expect to be without a car.

Someone able to recommend an engineer in the act?

Suppose I should get off my butt and get a preemptive engineers cert done, If this is the case, will eventually get dinged for them if this is the case.

Yeah good luck with the build, I just thought since you already had you ecu remapped, the 25 wouldn't be a big leap, since you know nick as well. Keep us posted. an aftermarket turbo wouldn't be to hard to sort up with a decent remap on your ecu.
