While I did say negotiable, I'm not going to accept silly offers like ''15k cash right now'' You can keep your cash. Serious offers only, don't waste my time please. -
w.salam They'd be at their limits at around the 300 mark, I like to have the safety factor. No wing and the holes have been sealed properly by a panel beater. I'd rather leave them on, but if I get a low offer, I could put stockies back on there. I'll update this thread if that happens. Melbourne= Victoria lol. Thanks mate.

There aren't vicious dogs, just poor backyard breeders and stupid owners. The only difference being that the bigger dogs (such as Rotties, German Sheps and Pittes) do a lot more damage when poorly bred and trained. Ideally the dog should be a very placid but protective if it doesn't know a person.

Strongly agree. Particularly in regards to Andrew Bolt who i find racist and intolerant.

lol @ ruining the Skyline reputation. These days, Skyline (or Jap Import) is synonymous with fast car (not always true), hoon car (not always true). Get over it. If it bothers you, just buy an Echo.

Looks like you guys will be getting your Knox TMU meet one way or another....

Grab heavy heavy weights--------> walk. It'll finish you. And come on man i wasn't STICK thin.......ok yeah maybe you are right lol.
-
Only time I really go high-reps is when I'm cutting and don't want to go too heavy and injure myself on a calorie deficit. It is part of my cardio, along with stiff legged deadlifts and 20 rep squats (yes i use weights for cardio lol). Farmer's walk is also good. Pushing cars is also good. Mmmm cardio.
-
I usually do 6-8 reps of a decent weight for 3-5 sets for normal training purposes. When I test my strength I go max, or near max, 1-2 reps, best feeling ever.

lol I am 100% Paki hahaha, people never believe it when I tell them. I get The land of goat sphincter rings, Arab, Persian etc a lot though.

Hey man, most of my comments were general, not having a go at you (like the Fitness First comment at the end etc.) To be honest, I haven't really looked at your specific program (I got put off this thread early days by some of the dumb comments) but whatever works for you, it just APPEARED to me from what you wrote that you were exceedingly pro-isolation work, 80% compounds is sweet and clearly it works for you. But an isolation based workout (which lets face it, is the most promoted type of workout in gyms in Australia) is doomed from the onset. On that note, there is the other extreme. There is the anti-everything else camp, squat or nothing lol. I know guys like that too who train purely for strength. I guess I'm in the middle, I train for looks and strength, my physical appearance being more important. Incidentally for me, both of those factors seem to be somewhat intertwined.

First point, doing curls will give you bigger arms to an extent, they will not give you big arms (on their own or as part of an isolation based workout). Second point, anything can damage your back, the point is, gym instructors advocate that this is highly likely as opposed to unlikely. I deadlift over 200kgs and squat around 190kgs, back is going strong. Third point, I mean this will all due respect..hmm how to phrase this, your method may work to an extent, is isn't the best method, it isn't the quickest method and it most certainly isn't the most effective/efficient method. I guess if it works for you, that is cool, however, don't promote it as THE method. Agreed, but the only way he is going to get it is if we try and rationalise with him as opposed to telling him that he is wrong full stop. Sure thing buddy, click on my username to the left (or check out my profile) for a very old flexed pic of my arm and find below an oldish relaxed pic, i don't really take pics of myself often, at the moment they'd be slightly bigger with a little more definition. Arms vary from 16.75"-17.5" flexed cold depending on whether I'm cutting or bulking. Although I don't think guns are the best way to measure a look lol. Again, fair few boys on the forums know me personally lol. Just quoted those lines to elucidate that generally speaking, your arguments lack substantiation. Again, no disrespect. That is the thing, there is no one magic way to put on size and shape. As above, various methods can work, but the quickest method is focus on compound movements, throw in some isolation work for a laugh. If you are a massive unit, just keep doing what you are doing haha. And don't, please don't, listen to the jesters at Fitness First et al.

Funny and sad at the same time. Funny because it shows how people are gullible. But I get upset when I see a 50kg 18 year old in the gym with a gym instructor telling them to do 5 sets of bicep curls for 8 to 12 reps for growth in the arms and not to squat/deadlift because it can damage your back.

There is no problem in doing isolation work, if you do it sometimes for say a pump (which is what i do lol) or if you are an advanced lifter whereby you need the isolation exercises to polish off your body (nobody here is at that level unless they are heavyweight competitive bodybuilder). The problem is, too many people focus on the isolation exercises and don't know how to squat properly, or deadlift. Its just bench, dumbbells, repeat. You aren't going to get huge on a isolation routine. At least this is what I see on a day to day basis. Anyone that knows what they are doing gets the comment "oh i could look like that too if I was on the juice." By and large, the fitness industry in Australia is a joke. The gyms are a joke. The supps are a joke. The trainers (most of them) are a joke. One great big joke. lol.

Agree 100%. Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Press, Military Press, Bent over rows, Dips and Chin-ups with the occasional set of barbell curls is all i do. Might be a few more, but those are the key exercises. My weight varies from 88-100kgs, from 13-20% bodyfat. A few people on this forum know me personally and can vouch for how I look lol Pretty sure I've posted pics here before too....might have been NS.com though (which I haven't been on in agesss)

It means there was probably a nice v8, Aussie car nearby. lol.

The Cops Are Ramping It Up - Leave The Skyline At Home!
IOWNU replied to Spunky Munky's topic in Victoria
I got pulled over by a really nice cop recently, if he were a prick he could have defected me. He just said, nice car, drive safe, sorry to keep you. I was polite throughout and asked him how his night was going and then we started discussing each others line of work! lol. So it depends on your luck, I am always nice because it increases your chances of being let off. Some cops are actually nice guys and yes some are pricks, but you should act in your best interests and that includes being nice to cops when pulled over. If you act like a hero, your chance of being let off goes from say 20-30% to 0% real fast. -
Rubbish, they can't do that. They were just saying that to try and scare you a bit, in actuality, if you say you are going to a workshop, then that will legally suffice, easy loophole for you to drive you car within business hours.

13-16k Sell the rims separately, the NAs are holding their value because of the p-plate laws as you mention. A buyer won't really look at rim choice when buying a car, if a car has rims, its a bonus.

I'd say 25k max is an accurate figure (and also an optimistic figure, like others have said, that is R33 GTR range!) I sold my 254rwkw GT-T http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/St...R3-t285214.html (with room for more) for 25k. I was asking 23.5k, got a few offers for 22k, then at the end had 2 people super keen, both offered to pay extra, but I sent it to the inter-state buyer as it would mean I wouldn't require a RWC. I'd say be patient if you aren't in a hurry, if you are in a hurry you should get around 20-22k imo.
