Stagea's paint looks bloody good Alex. Nice to see some more pics from the Stagea meet. Scrolled down for more, only to be greeted with the red crusty that fouls up this thread

I am unsure as to why you quoted my Mark, but your post was correct and quite clear I thought. Alex had it the wrong way around. S1 headlights on an S2 M35 will leave a gap. The reverse is not possible without the front bar, grill and bonnet change. Not really, following are total prices inc shipping/fees etc. The bonnet cost me $110 landed. Headlights $390 for both (in perfect condition). Front bar (Axis S) $~220 landed. Axis Grill was a bitch to get although I finally found one and ended up costing me $130 landed.... all pickup from Import Monster warehouse of course. The extra was to get the bonnet repaired and painted ($200) and the front bar painted ($100) as I am no spray painter! All was done over months and the waiting for the right items was frustrating to say the least, but what can ya do?

Second hand off Yahoo. No chance you would want the ugly of the G35, surely. Have you seen the red V35 fronted Stagea? Horrible.

lol, two bricks with the camera rolling. Nice living in a area where you can do that without losing it... but you Sydney-siders wouldn't know about that

Nissan decided to go with a lip instead of a complete front bar for their aero selection. Rear spoiler is the same as NM35 aero. I have one on mine. Didn't like it in pics when I had my NM35, but now I think that the car just looks odd without it.

70mm Alex. Yes, quieter than Series 1 Nismo exhaust (which was 88-89dB @ 3000rpm if I recall). Sounds much clearer with HFC's

Front guards were not changed

Very nice Adam! Do love the series 2 Axis. 8.2 front and 9.3 rear for AWD 7.6 front and 9.2 rear for RWD Off the top of my head, might be slightly out on the RWD rears...

Came in curious, expected some kind of "war" that prompted Dale to post an "it's okay guys, really!" type of thread. Checked out Mark's thread. Disappointed to find it was only a Merc driving wastelander wasting bandwidth with lame trolling for no reason. The place hasn't been the same without you Aaron

I ran just about everything during my VQ25det ownership. Anything made by Valvoline, Shell, Mobil, Penrite, Castrol, GW, Motul (except the 300v line) etc I strongly urge you to drop every 5,000kms. VQ25det is quite hard on oil and lesser blends can certainly start breaking down in under 10,000kms. Only oils that I used that were good after 10,000kms were Motul 300v Chrono (10w40), Neo Platinum 10w40 and the now unavailable GW Sougi S5000. Even Redline 10w40 started sounding harsh and feeling "loose" at around 8,000.

This Time I Really Will Be Getting A Stagea!

20k? Man, you can import a PNM35 with all the bells and whistles for that. Whilst Northshore do the best compliance (check their install of anchor points compared to everyone else), I would import via Kris @ Iron Chef again without hesitation (even though Northshore refused to comply my PNM35 *hrmph*). 100,000kms? Why look for some with such "high" mileage? Alex pretty much answered your question though. 100,000kms is not really a number you need to worry about with PM35's unless they have not been maintained properly. -
Yep and slightly lower than RS/RX (10mm if I recall correctly). Can't remember the spring rates though they wouldn't be much firmer than RS/RX.
-
I guess there are not many threads because they are pretty much the same as the series 2 V35's (only not ugly) or the Infinity G35x, so most stuff is covered elsewhere and is easy to find I love my PNM35 but Craig is right

If it plays like Skyrim, I'm in. Could be cool to get 2 PS4's and get the wife in on it too

Need Help With Wheels =)

The leather is unique to the Axis. RS/RX had black and beige as an option and the ARX had beige as standard. Front and rear bumpers, grill and bonnet garnish were unique to Axis. Wheel arch flares are the same as ARX but are colour coded to the body instead of a flat black colour. Axis also gets Autech suspension and wheels.

They do, but mild rangers love the sun
