  1. spiffing If you call 65-70 hours a week in a truck spiffing I am, however, getting to see a lot of this corner of the state. Plus, dirt bike.
  2. My kid bought a uni joint back from Curtin the other day I was dissapointed (Hai kunce)
  3. I know that the only thing I am good at, electrically, is letting all the smoke out of the wires, then getting a sparky to come put it all back in.
  4. youse guise should try riding a fkn dirt bike to work at 5am. Its like i had 2 belly buttons
  5. Hey Col, it has been a while! Its been generally busier than a one legged man in an arse kicking competition Plus, I have a dirt bike now, so even less time in front of a screen
  6. damn son! thats quite a list!! smashed out 250+km of dirt yesterday. My entire body is ruined. I even managed about 5 laps of the York public motocross track. Suprised the hell out of a couple of chook chaser pilots too

  8. size 14? Dude you must be packing some fkn heat downstairs!!! I only have size 10 but keen on the armour. also keen as fcuk for tonight. Just washed my best mankini!
  9. yeah its pretty terrible oily slimy shit IMO when we have stuff like barramundi, I just dunno why you would bother but yeah it has been a while. Too many fkn hours behind a wheel. Just planning the gps route to get from karragullen to york with no roads for Sunday. Been almost 3 weeks since I have had a chance to get out in the bush and twist the wrist so I am getting a bit itchy
  10. pretty sure they make benito into flakes because its pretty much inedible any other way PS Hai Kunce!!!
  11. lolz fkn miss you guy but yer, soooo much mud, got knee deep while standing on the pegs at one point, also got smacked on the thigh with a branch at 80kph+ so a massive fkn bruise as well but new rear tyre is officially a "good" thing 2 weeks knocking the wax off on tarmac, I was starting to think I had done a very silly thing (knobbys are awful/scary on the road) but in the dirt its now a bit of a lunatic thing to ride
  12. oh hai getting frothy with all this rain many, many braaps will be had early am tomorrow
  13. been taking the bike everywhere. Learning bushcraft again out in the perth scarp (ie how to not get lost or fall off) done a few forays down south, even managed to get to collie with only 55km of sealed road planning on getting the rack refitted and doing some overnighters eventually, just got to find some riding buddies buy a bike you tightwads!! Family is good, Mrs is now a qualified pattissier, and somehow I am no longer a fat bastard so that is winning Probably down 30kg since i saw you in the flesh
  14. hai kunce long time no whore, scranon? my new whip midlife crisis ftw needs moar stickers though
  15. I work weekends in a restaurant up in the perth hills, and I pas an average of 100-150 cyclists on any given weekend (last weekend they closed the entire f**king road for 45 minutes while I watched about 400 of them go past) as they all seem to use these roads. The staggering volume of them that have no road sense whatsoever, and completely fail to act like they even know the rules amazes even me, and I am by NO means an angel on the road. But when I come around a blind corner doing the speed limit (90kph) and I am greeted by a group of 4 cyclist RIDING ABREAST I think that identifiable rego is not only warranted, but should be a duty of care issue for the main roads dept. And if you are one of these lycra clad leg shaving club riding tosspots, being all lycra'ed up and sweaty with your boyfriends DOES NOT f**kING EXCLUDE YOU FROM THE ROAD RULES!!!!! I should also add, that I am actually pretty keen on cracking out a tredley every now and again, but I stick to the bike paths. I happily admit, cars scare the crap out of me on my bike, been cleaned up a couple of times alread (see, I do know that there are idiot drivers out there) and I will happily do a detour of a few extra km to be able to stay off the roads.
  16. +11ty for steve champion bloke, really knows his stuff (even on crusty old datsuns) and does some really neat work.
  17. hell yes. Sunday arvos usually have something on for the kids, in addition to live music and woodfired pizza on the lawn. Sunday just gone had face painting, and there is plenty of space for them to run around, even a bocce pitch (and balls) if you want to play with them. There is also a new adventure playground in the planning stages.

  23. keen as fcuk C'mon WA, lets make this happen eh? It will be a sterling opportunity to have a srs discussion about getting the club back to its former glory, if anyone is interested

  25. Hey dude welcome to 1989. Unfortunately, SAUWA is kinda dead atm, dont think there is much hope of a club type meet up, however a few of us die hards have been known to get together for breakfast in the city every now and again, and I am sure we can get a few peeps together for a meet and greet. How are Friday mornings for you? As for putting a beemer through its paces, I have a metric shiteton of suggestions for you, but most are best done in person. Post up your best time/date for a catch up, and we will see who sticks their head up meercat stylez.
