  2. hey all, ive got my head in at the shop getting a total rebuild and upgrade, the guy is under the impression he will need the standard shims aswell as the tomie shims that are supplied with the buckets, i didnt think this would be the case as the tomie buckets are suited to cams with more then 10.25 lift, me not really knowing what i am doing thru the old buckets and shims out, so do i need to rebuy standard shims to get this to work, what likely price is involved with new nissan shims cheeers Dan

  8. hey luke real good build man, very maticulas (spelling) i think with the manifold matt mentions in his thread in the FI section that even chinese stainless manifolds flowed 50% more the stock and after porting could only get within 15% of the cheep stainless manifolds, lower half of page 6 i believe this is mentioned

  18. hey im trying to buy nismo engine mounts and found that with the dollor going the japan route is considerably cheeper atm, its for a 33 gtst but does have a RB26 in it using the stands but the 25 GTST mounts, nengun list two types one for hicas and one with out, car come with hicas but has since been disabled so what part number do i need 11220-RS585 Nissan - Skyline ECR33/ER34 - RB25DET Front X 1 only (No Hicas) or 11220-RSR40 NIssan - Skyline ECR33/ER34 - RB25DET Front X 1 only (Hicas Attached) as there is a bt of a price differance, and im always trying to save a buck cheers dan
  19. just recived my rebuilt full monty back and as marko has just said, i had the original and upgraded to the new version with the bigger buttons, and with both shipping cost it still cam in under 600 for the rebuild, very happy indeed
  20. what are your opinions on running 2x 044 thru a single fuel line, its to feed a twin entry rail and 1000cc injectors, or is it worth running an extra line and and using the stock return line as a feed along with the standard feed line to run to both ends of the rail and the extra line as a return to the surge tank, more then likely just be on 98 as well, but would like a system in place to handle E85 if sleepy perth ever wakes up cheers dan
