Does anyone have any tips on removing the air distribution box thing behind the centre of the dash? I have removed the blower and A/C evaporator units and the small distribution box that sits under it and distributes the air to the rear seat vents, however the main box with all of the climate control vent motors etc will not come out. The whole thing is loose and is moving around, but I can't get it out! I really don't want to have to take the whole dash out! Any advise would be appreciated. Cheers Justin

I removed this turbo from my low km R34 more than five years ago and it has been in storage all this time. It is in great condition and I also have a full set of brand new gaskets which I will include with the sale. $275

Thanks, that would explain it

I have an OP6 turbo which I pulled off my R34 over five years ago. The turbo was working fine when I removed it, had done ninety odd thousand k's, and everything looked to be in great condition. I decided to sell it so I could clear up some space so I pulled it out of storage and the noticed the compressor wheel did not spin very freely (I remembered it did when I pulled it off). Given there would be no oil in the bearings after all these years I ran some oil through it and sure enough the compressor wheel again span really freely. So all good but then I noticed a tiny bit of oil dripping out from both the compressor and turbine sides. I took the front cover off and it did appear that a bit of oil was coming from under the compressor wheel. I assume this is coming through the oil seals? Could the seals have dried out after all these years? I thought they would be a metal seal so I can't see how. Thoughts? Cheers Justin

I reckon its genuine. The stickers on the box look legit, and most of the time Chinese copies don't bother trying to get that stuff right.

What power level would usually warrant going to a 4" exhaust (4" all the way from a single turbo setup)?
