This thread is making me want to buy an ATI balancer. Can i just put one on while my motor is out or will it need to be balanced with the engine internals again?

I would suggest getting them new.

Will not work on autos.

block - Acid wash,Bore and hone,milled surface,welsh plugs replaced. crank shaft - Linished,grub screwed,Jun collar fitted,Balanced with pistons,rods and balancer. pistons and rings - CP pistons and rings. rods and bolts - Spool rods with ARP rod bolts. bearings - ACL Race series head gasket - Cometic head studs or not - ARP head and main. Headwork - Full head service ect. Around the 4k mark for all the motor prep and assembly.But this will vary depending what you want done. As for parts its pretty much how far can your wallet go. Parts for me was around the 8-10k mark.Have not really calculated though. But again price varies greatly depending on what you want done. You could rebuild one for under 2-3k or 20k all depends.

As soon as you transfer the money to my account,ill order the turbo.Im not sure of the delivery time as yet.Wouldnt be more than 2 weeks.

A lttle bit heavier pedal feel.Is much more on/off on the uptake.Once you get used to it,its fine. Some people love them some hate them.

I used the Xtreme cushion button in my car.Awesome clutch,never slipped even at 250rwkw.Took alot of punishment.Had the clutch in my car for a year,only pulled it out due to engine rebuild,still had atleast another 4-6months in it. Now upgrading to a Jim Berry clutch kit based on the "Full Monty" but different clutch plate. The cushion button will take a week to get used to,but once you do you will never look back. EDIT: Do not change the flywheel,just get it machined.The stock flywheel is all you will need.

Xtreme cushion button would be my suggestion.$580 from Hi Octane.

The style of modification is not the issue in my book,its the way its been carried out. If its half assed thrown together,with no care to detail.Any style of mods can look terrible.

Definately do not fit RB25DET will fit RB26. $200 Delivered.

Yes HKS turbos are great turbos,but the for the money you could buy a Garrett equivalent and have money left over for lines,dump ect.. GT28RS,GT3071 or GT3076. Reading your posts i would suggest the GT3071. As it is both responsive and if you squeeze some boost into it can produce the numbers. But by all means if you want to spend 2K+ on a HKS turbo.....
