have you taken it out to ~5000rpm while driving it around? foot flat?
i know in mine the stock gauge does not hit 0 when the car is actually making 0psi
A turbo back exhaust. Getting a cat back will just make the car louder the dump pipe/front pipe/cat will still be just as restrictive. so there isn't really any function to it other than noise.
Spool currently have their RB25 rods with arp bolts for $645. depends how much the GTR rods + upgraded bolts are that may be a better option.

You can not gauge how much extra power you will get with extra boost as every different model and size turbo will produce a different result, then you have to take tuning into account as that will vary the result drastically.
