  1. Give the person doing the machining the block and ask them to find out if the block will need to be bored out then get your pistons based on that. Not every brand of piston/ring combo is made for the same tolerances, too big and you get blow by and lots of piston slap issues too small and the pistons may not even move when its up to temp.

  10. hicas is also electric on the 33 so its unlikely to be a pump mick Check that the plug near the back of the diff hasn't come lose.
  11. 4 scews/bolts and a wire going through a rubber grommet. Undo the the screws and just disconnect the wire (should be a plug somewhere along the line)

  18. Appears to be part of the ECU purchase. (based off read through their website)
  19. if you are making the power @ 5psi or 20psi it makes no difference to your engine as long as you keep the power below around 300kw with a good tune, and your engine was/is serviced properly.

  21. why not replace the old tensioners? you should be able to pickup two brand new ones for sub $100.
  22. someone on here also had issues when they reused the stock RB30 oil pump, had to replace it with a twin cam one.
  23. You don't have to get the shiny ceramic coating if you don't want it...
  24. The unit comes with an intake air temp sensor that you are supposed to install just before the TB so it can make fuel and ignition corrections. (as the manual states)
  25. Provided the tuner configured the temp correction. it shouldn't matter if its 0c or 50c
