68ohm would pose quite a problem wouldnt it? was it hard to wire in the resistors? coz ive got a gtr resistor pack and injectors waiting to go in

specs shmecks, theyre all good cars whatever you 'feel' fastest in is good enough

Going from what ive read of sydneykid's posts gtr injectors are 444cc = ~444hp in a 6 cylinder engine

Going from the standard turbo to an rb25 gcg highflow on my RB20 was a big seat of the pants difference. havent gotten it on the dyno yet well when it gets on boost that is lol, ive got some supporting mods waiting to go on still so theres room for alot more.

Did you ever consider your clutch may be slipping a bit? If you arent getting wheelspin from a 5k take off then maybe the clutch cant hold the sudden dump of power Coz my clutch is kinda worn n i hardly get any wheelspin

U noe racing doesnt have to mean speeding.... i could "race" every car off the lights just to see who can get to the speed limit fastest. not trying to put u down or anything, just saying that its not like the cop didnt have legitimate grounds to throw the book at you. Ive lost my licence too for a while (driving on expired licence) and that wasnt fun, but hey you learn from your mistakes and id say im alot more aware of breaking the rules now then i would have been if i didnt lose it.

unless you have a totally legitimate reason for NEEDING to own a turbo car then theres not much chance of you getting an exemption i doubt being a mechanic would have much influence on it because its not like you need a performance car to get to and from work theres no harm in trying i guess but u basically need to have a bulletproof reason for it. i have HEARD of people getting exempt because the family owned car is turbocharged though. but of course that would have been fully documented with reasons why they cant afford to own another car etc
