  1. Can anyone confirm the correct grease to use on the whiteline bush kits from Sydneykids group buy? The little satchels of grease supplied should be enough for installing but as the front camber kits have grease nipples I would like to make sure I use the right grease there. Sure I read on here somewhere castrol LM just wanted to confirm it cheers
  2. Recently brought one of these second hand for my 32GTR and am yet to install it but had hoped to keep my ARC airbox and install the piping to it was wondering if anyone had managed this feat as a quick look has me thinking it wont work. Kit came with Z32 sized filters but only one adapter plug so I suppose I could get another plug and run Z32's might eventually need to anyway as am also installing 2530's so might be getting a bit much for stock AFM's Also does anyone know if the NS-01 filter adapters would fit on the Airinx AY-SB filters as this may be a quick fix for my problem would of liked to have kept my ARC Box though Any one got a review of the Airinx filters or comparison test? Remember reading one a while ago that rated Apexi filter real high cant remember if Airinx ones were included in the comparison though? this is the kit I am talking about http://www.nengun.com/trust-greddy/suction-kit
  3. Was told also that rebuild kits are not available for the zexel ones cant even buy the clutch windings seperatly
  4. New a 32GTR one zexel type is around the $2000 mark!!!
  5. hit a small roo and his head left a nice side profile in my cooler think I will have to mesh the newy, my cooler just fits behind the reo bar though just When I finally took the bar off to start with the new cooler install the damage was much more evident no leaks but bent the lower mounts, non-genuine ones and cracked hell outa the under engine plastic tray thingo new cooler uses stock mounts though just gotta find some?
  6. Aproximatly how much gap between the cooler and the mesh? Would of thought a bit of gap would be required to protect in the case of possums etc hitting?
  7. okay here is the page outa fast that I think shows the brackets i am after just cant quite see how 14487 (the highlighted one) works with 14485 I thinks these two make up the bottom mount with 62216 & 17 mounting off the bumper reinforcement to make the top mounts they look easy enough to make up myself but still hoping someone can confirm my hunch on the bottom mounts nissan are going to get back an confirm the prices but it looks like about 300ish just for the two bottom mount parts for both sides would love to confirm if both parts 14487 &14485 are required before I cough up the cash surely someone with a stock cooler on a GTR can confirm this!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  8. Thought that may have been the case just wish they had included a bolt to plug it with didnt have anything that was gonna fit and worried a raw steel bolt may react with the aluminium
  9. off topic but love the description so accurate as 99% of that thread seems like misinformed rubbish
  10. Finally got around to startin the install off my new ARC cooler its a pretty thick sucker at 105mm but only just bigger than my old one. Which i think is where my problem comes from, dont have any of the stock mounts and was hoping someone may have a pic of what the stocky mounts look like. My old on has totally different mounting setup was going to price some from nissan in the morning but hoped to get a look at some so if any one has a pic of the stock mounts please post. Also noticed the ARC cooler has a threaded hole in the drivers side end tank not sure what for though plan on just using a stainless bolt to plug said hole anyone know if the I assume aluminium tanks will react to the staino
  11. would you consider freighting it? is the crank a 32 0r 33 later type? damn your new motor sounds like it'll rock pics of the head in you other thread look damn nice jealous

  17. h3 highbeam h3c low but some have I think h1 if ya pull em out is easy enough to tell just dont touch the glass as it will kill em
  18. Couldnt direct ya to a skyline one but there is one for doing it to a jeep all pretty well much of a muchness would save some wear an tear on ya headlight switch too as it is only triggering the lights not carrying any real load http://go.jeep-xj.info/HowtoHeadlightLoom.htm and have to agree with comments about limiting the wattage used have replaced my jeep lights with glass ones to run higher wattage 100/130's have seen others melt toyota 4B lights using similar bulbs
  19. sure I have read in another oil post that ryco are substandard compared with nissan and some of the other aftermarket ones try this thread for more info http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/go...=oil&st=640 its a long thread but interesting and relevant to the discussion here I try to avoid them for both the Jeep and the 'Line just hear to many bad things over the years about em from to many people
  20. Didnt think the phillips ones came in a h3c, on other cars have run 6mm wire direct from the baterry via a relay helped quite a bit Havn't tried it yet on the 32 but might have ta the stock lights are crap mine had raybrig? globes when I got it there pretty well known and xpensive actually think they were pretty average but who knows how old they were?
  21. Mine turned out to be just bad wiring done by the previous owner Fitting a boss kit as soon as my new wheel arrives cant wait
